Great hotel and in an excellent location to the piers, restaurants, bars, etc, would definitely return again and would highly recommend. Reception, restaurant, bar staff all helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds very comfy. A vibrant atmosphere in the hotel and the breakfast is top notch.

Amazing city break and a fantastic hotel
This hotel is a little gem in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf. It’s spotless and excellently operated with attentive and friendly staff. The room we had was spacious even with a superking size bed! The towels were fluffy and the sheets were crisp. Breakfast was outstanding, everything from cereal to a full cooked breakfast with pancakes in between. The fruit selection was very nice too. Sitting by one of the fire pits with a gin was the perfect way to end a packed day seeing the sights of the beautiful city of San Francisco.

Room was ample; hot water available for my shower; good options at the breakfast buffet (very crowded depending on the hour you arrived!); everyone I interacted with was helpful. I did have a room facing a bus lot, and the buses started up very early!

Excellent
The hotel is upscale & reasonably priced. Everyone is very nice & helpful. We were pleased when we called back at 1:00 pm & our room was ready. A nice large visually appealing room with very comfortable beds, I went down to the included breakfast buffet & was blown away as to how massive the buffet was. When we were last in Malta we experienced a similar spectacular buffet. This buffet was unbelievable. I arrived at 6.20AM for the opening for 6:30 AM. There were 30 people already in line. 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The place was completely packed they needed to open upseAting across the hall. A tremendous amount of international guests who eat much differently that we americans do. There were multiple cold cuts, cheeses, fish items etc…

A few issues during breakfast cold food at times,some staff not professional at at times during breakfast otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
