Arrived early and were graciously accommodated by front counter staff. Likewise at end of stay had a late departure and Bellman looked after our bags seamlessly.

Wedding Anniversary
The hotel was close to Pier 39, so the location was excellent. We walked everywhere. The people were friendly and helpful. The hotel however has paper-thin walls so you could hear everything. It took about 5 to 7 minutes to walk.

Best hotel to stay at for first visit to San Francisco!
This hotel was amazing! Great location - right on the wharf and close to all the tourist stuff! Amazing views and great staff!

Jan 01, 2025Hotel OK, garage expensive, and don't give back deposit
The Hotel was OK, but the charge for the garage is very expensive per night, and in the check-in the make a charge for a "deposit" and an additional Facility fee, that in the check-out they told me that will charge back the deposit in 1-5 days, and it is more than a week and they don't give me the money back. The rooms need some noise insulation from the street, because even on the fourth floor you could hear everything from the street and it didn't allow you to sleep well.
