Proper hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamers waren zeer proper, alsook de openbare ruimtes. Lekker buffet.

Gluten Frei Essen
Meine beste Freundin und ich waren 2024 im Juni Ich gehöre leider zu den Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten Gluten und Laktose.. Als das Personal mir an der Info sagte sie haben Gluten und Laktose Essen habe ich mich soooo extrem gefreut das ich normal essen konnte ohne Bauchschmerzen zu bekommen...nicht mal in Deutschland gibt's in jedem Café Laktose freie Milch. Was ich auch richtig gut fand das meine Matratze getauscht wurde durch eine Harte .. Unser Zimmer war immer schön sauber gemacht und der Außenbereich der Anlage war auch sauber . Man darf den Infinity Pool beim unteren Rui Hotel mitbenutzen Solltet ihr Lust auf eine Massage oder Augenbrauen Lifting usw haben dann geht zur Promenade. Dort gibt es auch kleine Restaurants mit absolut fairen Preisen. Wen ihr Wale und Delfine sehen wollt ...GEHT NICHT IN DEN LOCO PARQUE..Bucht euch lieber über das Hotel eine Tour dort bekommt ihr auch ein Mittagessen und bei VIEL Glück sehr ihr auch Delfine und Pilot-Wale die Motoren des caterwaren werden abgestellt aus Respekt vor den Tieren dann kommen sie auch näher ans Boot .

Fantastic
Really lovely hotel. The staff can’t do enough for you, and it is in a beautiful setting with all the palm trees. The food is also great, can’t recommend this place enough.

Great stay, highlighting lovely staff
Amazing stay, especially the receptionist Jorge from the night shift was extremely friendly and helpful, helping us with various issues where we need your support. The magnificent facilities, there were not as many activities as we expected but there were pilates and shows in the evenings.

Great location
We have been to the Riu Arecas a few times. It was nice to be remembered by one of the receptionists, it makes a difference to how welcome you feel. Good food, plenty of variety - well cared for rooms. Friendly staff. Great location - close to the promenade and beach.
