Staff made our holiday a wonderful experience . Thanks especially to Paloma and her bar staff - Salvadore, Wilson and all other bar staff . The cleaners, restaurant staff and reception all excellent. Many thanks for an exceptional experience . A well kept hotel .

We enjoyed our holiday very much, the hotel was very good. Perhaps needed a little TLC. Disappointed that shorts, caps were allowed in the the restaurant in the evening. i think there should have been a person standing at the restaurant door pointing to the board that showed no shorts etc in the evening. clothes. Standards were slipping.

Restful hotel
Just returned from the most amazing restful time myself and my daughter have ever had. The customer service here was fantastic, from the friendly efficient reception staff, to the incredible hard working cleaning staff, special shout out to Lena. The array of food was outstanding, special thanks to the smiling ladies on the extremely busy and delicious egg stations in the morning, missing you both already. If you are looking for a calm peaceful holiday in a beautiful part of Tenerife, I so recommend this hotel.

Hotel Arecas
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is in the top area of Costa Adeje, which is a bit quieter than closer to Playa De Las Americas. The hotel was clean and fresh with a pool area which had sunbeds which were quite tight and mostly all taken but also had a beach area further down towards the sea with access only to hotel guests. The beach area was more spacious with its own clean toilet block and bar area. Service at the hotel was good and the staff were friendly and helpful in all areas. Rooms were clean and bright and services daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Arecas February 2025
We returned last week from a 10 night stay at RIU Arecas,Tenerife. This is our second trip to this hotel which didn’t disappoint. We are planning to return in October and again in February 2026. Clearly we love the hotel and the super friendly staff.
