Nov 12, 2024Great start to my holiday in Paris
From the moment I arrived at this hotel, (Very early in the morning due to early flight arrival) I was greeted warmly and welcomed. The hotel manager Ishara and his staff made me very comfortable and gave me a space to relax, have some coffee and sort myself out. I had plans to visit the Louvre later on, but was told I could hang out at the hotel for as long as it took to have my room ready. It’s not often that happens. Anyway this hotel is in a great location with many cafes, restaurants and shops close by in Montmartre. It’s a nice modern hotel with very clean and modern rooms. My room was not large but had plenty of room and a large comfy bed, and was very quiet considering Montmartre is a very busy area. It has a nice bathroom with great hot and cold water pressure and easy access with a good elevator. The breakfast is high quality in a lovely bright breakfast room. The coffee is great! The metro station is right out front.I stayed for 2 nights and it was a really nice experience. Big thanks to Ishara and his staff! 👍

The Opera experience
This was our second time back at the Hotel Opera and as expected the experience was excellent. Ishara who works at the Front desk concierge is very helpful and always ready to go the extra mile for the guests. The service is great, the location is amazing and the ease of getting around from the hotel makes a memorable experience as one comes into Paris.

Nov 03, 2024Lovely stay - clean hotel and super friendly and helpful staff.
We had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfy and the pillows were soft. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and every day they came and cleaned and made up the beds. A special mention must go to Ishara, who went out of his way to give us advice on how to get to places and even came with us into the metro to buy our tickets for us! He advised us to go on the BigBus tour which was great too! The location of this hotel is perfect - with the metro right outside and taxis on the doorstep too. The only down side is it is a bit noisy as there are bars close by and it’s a busy street.

Highly recommend.
The hotel room was very clean and had all the necessities one needs. The hotel location is also quite good good - close to major attractions. The hotel staff was extremely professional and polite. Special recognition to Ishara - extremely polite and pleasant.

Fabulous, helpful staff.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We did choose a standard room and on reflection we should have chosen a larger room with a larger bathroom but the great breakfast and helpful staff, especially Ishara, made our stay a good one!! Lots of great eating places nearby and easy to get about to see the sights. Thank you!
