We spent a week and had a great time! Sebastian and Ricardo, our butlers were excellent and got us everything we needed! They work tirelessly to ensure a great stay. Without them it is very hard to make any reservations to restaurants because it's so full. Also, we loved the outdoor spin and yoga class with Ahmed. Who doesn't want to exercise when overlooking the ocean? Lol. Shout out to Tony and Elli (sp?) for fun spanish classes and aqua fit! And loving the new rooftop bar. Aa we have been coming here for 6 years it would be great to change up the restaurant menus and refresh the rooms on the marina side as they are getting very tired and old looking. Also, the seat cushions in the lobby and main buffet restaurant need washing. Pls also add some more activities!

I am giving 3 of 5 stars. Hotel is clean, beautiful, well maintained, with friendly staff The beach has really eroded since I was last there. The food is just “okay “ but the service is excellent. Avoid Richard in the lobby who is trying to get you to listen to the “90” minute travel club sales pitch. It is 4 hours long as you continue to decline their offers. The price is different for everyone, and well over 100,000. I’m not joking. Richard will advise you will get certain things at the spa for doing this but when you get to the spa it is something different. He’ll send you on a free cenote tour for 3-4 hours but it’s 7 hours and you stop by a jewelry store first. If we had children with us or had health issues, this would have been a problem. He clearly knows what he is doing but nothing is as he says. Spanish lessons were great but at a different time and location every day which is difficult to follow. Our butlers Hugo and Gerero were fantastic! We had platinum club service which was nice for exchanging money and high end drinks but we don’t drink much. The pools are beautiful. I’m not sure we’d go back after the bad experience with Richard and the vacation sales team. Too many lies.

AWESOMESAUCE!!!
The place is gorgeous! It’s truly like the shoe White Lotus. I wish it was more like Beaches where tips are forbidden but still I do t mind. The big negative is the beach. Geographically it’s just not good. It’s not the aqua gorgeous you want, but it’s so pretty it’s almost an afterthought. But Swimming with the Dolphins….. Go for the 4 people rate…because this…was…AWESOME!! Crazy good! I’m 6’1” 250 lbs and TWO dolphins pushed me out of the water on their noses! And that was the first 15 minutes! The pictures are where they make the real money but duuuuuuuude it was AWESOME!! It was really that good! But the photos are almost as expensive as the experience.! Enjoy!

Great relaxing experience with something to do everyday and night that kept us busy! The service was great and I really appreciated the care our butler, Sebastian, took with our stay. He was able to meet all of our needs in a timely manner. Will definitely be back next year!

Butlers’ service very good
The butlers provided a service that was very good. When we did use our butlers, they always provided a good service. Our butlers, Sebastian and Ricardo, booked our restaurants and hydrotherapy for us. Occasionally, we craved snacks and they did provide them for us. We were pleased with their service.
