El cid staff are all so very kind. Would highly recommend this resort!! Clean rooms, Clean grounds and pools, impeccable service, delicious food, and loads of activities to do from swimming off the beach, snorkelling and kayaking/paddle boarding, to water aerobics, foam pool parties, teens club/activities, and so much more!

I mean, if I was a big drinker, and traveling with a big family, this might be fine. However, neither of these are true for me. The beach is not that nice. The food is boring when it's good, and inedible when it's bad. I booked here specifically because they advertise sailboats on their website, but the sailboats were either "broken" or "out of service becuase of the work being done to build the beach" Either way it was very disappointing. And when I asked about it I was made to feel like I was an idiot for caring. The pools are okay. And I guess if you like to drink, there's plenty of that. We won't be coming back.

Great place to stay!
Amazing place to stay! Great atmosphere, great food on the buffet and the restaurants. Lots of things to do during thr day around the hotel.

Really enjoyed the nicely landscaped property, cleanliness, great food and great service. Attention to nature was highlighted. The main pool with the jump off rock was a lot of fun. Luis, along with Alma and Abraham offered great service and communication making our stay great

Luxury beach resort vacation
Absolutely fabulous beach resort vacation. Excellent facilities and food. Guests are provided with a butler for the full stay and our butler Leo Q was super friendly and attentive. He reached out every morning to see what we needed and took care of all our dinner reservations
