Clean grounds. Great pools. Construction going on next to Ventus 27 noisy. Beach is not great, sargassum barriers. Don’t go for the beach. New buildings across the street offer two adult only rooftop pools. Just not beachfront, mangrove.

A very relaxing time, beautiful resort and the weather cooperated. Manuel and Are were our butlers and they took very good care of us. The restaurants were all great, although the Marina was closed for repair. All-inclusive is the only way to vacation in this area.

Family Winter Break
Are and Manuel were terrific butlers and made our trip seamless and memorable! The food and service are exceptional for an all inclusive resort. We found lots of activities, both lively and quiet areas of the resort and truly enjoyed our time!

The best care
We love our 4 weeks at El CID! Our butlers Ricardo and Sebastian are amazing!! Thoughtful, helpful, professional young men who treat us like family!! We are well taken care of!! The grounds are beautiful and there are many places to walk and explore.

Disappointed in our room and view
We upgraded to the platinum Ocean view room and back in November when we booked we requested an upper floor FULL view which is what those rooms are advertised as and get here and have a ground floor and partial view, so disappointed! Asked to change rooms and they were all full. How do you miss a request from over four months ago. Rooms are very nice and our butler has been great. Just wish our request had been honored, so be careful when you book a full ocean view as some of the rooms are not that.
