A world of zen in the middle of bustling Brussels city center
Stayed for a night during our stopover in Brussels in our Europe trip. We were very impressed with the property due to its prime location in Rogier Station, it architecturally designed to boast floral concept. It felt that we entered a different world stepping in to the hotel from the busy street. The Premiere room was great, complete amenities and we also slept really well. The staff was not too friendly but professional, and assigned our room based on our preferences. They are indeed great reflection of the brand. All in all, this is a great property to stay in for both business and leisure purpose. We will definitely be back!

Christmas trip
Stayed for one night only on our way to Maastricht. Hotel has a really nice vibe, the staff are very helpful and friendly . Room was spacious and clean the beds are comfy . Location perfect for sightseeing , breakfast plentiful although hot food could have been hotter. Perfect stay in a beautiful city.

It wasn't what we expected.
The hotel looked so nice so special on arrival. But that feeling wasn't for the entire stay. The 2 ladies @ the reception were nervous. And made checking in uncomfortable. They were very inexperienced. Handed us out a paper and the 2 room cards. The paper had info concerning the hours for breakfast restaurants and such. We didn't stay long in the room and headed out to visit Brussels centre. In the eving we came back in the room and then we started to c the defaults. And how dirty the rooms really are. See the pictures included. The bathroom is miniscule. You can't stand in front of the mirror with 2 persons. You need to tuck in your belly and but to enter the shower... The doors didn't close properly. And due to the small shower the doors were easily pushed open... With a weth drenched floor as a result. The bath/room wasn't only small but dirty to. There were issues with the bar which holds the shower head. A loos hanging clothes hanger... Fungus in the corners of the shower. Dirty floormat dirty curtains dust in all corners of the room and bathroom. We went to bed and actually had a good night's rest. The beds and pillows were comfy clean and cozy. We booked the room with Breakfast. Sunday hours between 7 and 10h30. As the paper we got from the reception stated. There was no information on the paper or given when checking in of possible cues etc. When we arrived @ the Breakfast room we founded ourself cueing up in a line of 10 to 15 People awaiting to get a table ... There were even people taking there plates out and having there breakfast in an other location. Asking staff where the could find a different spot to eat. As we were only for one night in Brussels we asked for a refund wich we should receive back in a couple of days. We saw the info of possible cues on a screen next to the Breakfast rooms entrance. Such a pitty they didn't inform us on forehand.... We would have planned the breakfast differently... It did cost us precious time in Brussels. We won't be staying in this Hotel anymore in the future... Brussels has so many hotels in a same or even a cheaper price range. With cleaner rooms better service and better trained staff behind the desks. Srry.

Good stay, room still dusty
I’ve stayed in this hotel a couple of times and it as been good consistently. What also has been consistent, is the amount of dust particles in my room. I’ve mentioned this a couple of times in my reviews both here as one the IHG website. But apparently, housekeeping is not yet improved. Breakfast was nice. The Egg Benedict I ordered for an additional fee of €10 looked like a mountain of yellows goo with eggs beneath it. Staff at the bar could be a little bit less grumpy. Apparently, there now is an intelligent rental machine on the lobby. €2 for 48 hours. I do believe umbrellas should be provided free of charge. Especially on a hotel such as Indigo which is not particularly cheap.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is conveniently located in near Rogier Station. It’s just 2 minutes walk from the station via Exit 7. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. I would definitely stay there again.
