This is the first review I’ve ever written, but the circumstances and the hotel definitely deserve it. My wife and I were vacationing during Hurricane John, and I have to say that the attention and service from the staff, especially the Hotel Director, Oscar, were outstanding. He handled the situation exceptionally well, addressing guests’ concerns and offering assistance whenever needed. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are very nice, especially considering the building’s age. I highly recommend the buffet—it’s excellent! Thank you to everyone for helping us through such a difficult time! Carlos

Amazing trip in Acapulco
Hotel Emporio is a nice hotel where you can rest, eat well and enjoy the beach. We also booked acapulcoforall.com for airport transportation and excursions by Sebastian Hernandez. We felt safe and satisfied with his services and I highly recommend it.

Great experience
If you’re planning on staying at Emporio, I would recommend to Hire Sebastian Hernandez in advanced ( acapulcoforall.com ) for round trip transportation to the airport and excursions. He was always on time, we can’t thank him enough for a fun and SAFE experience! I will definitely hire his services again!

Great stay, did not disappoint even after Otis!!
Emporio has the whole package!!! Great hotel, beautiful garden and pool area. The food is good, and fair priced. All rooms hace ocean view, comfortable beds and pillows. It is centric, close to many restaurants, bars, beaches, and a 15 minute drive to La Quebrada Truly grateful with Sr. Nava for such great hospitality and Zacarías for always making us feel welcome and at home in Emporio. Will be coming back soon. ( the hotel is in great shape, even after Otis!!)

This is the worst experience that I ever have in a hotel , Esta es la peor experiencia que he tenido, To begin with the service at the sunset restaurant is the worst manager is the worst I felt robed by this people 120 dollars spent on this restaurant for nothing , the waitress was super rude when I told her about a fish that I order thinking it was a fillet but it was a hole fish full of fish bones and I could not eat it , the rice was uncooked and the plantains had a weird smell , I told my waitress and she said she can’t do anything about it and I have to pay it I don’t even start the plate and I got a fish bone in my throat, this is a horrible experience and I told the manager he told me that he will change it for something else and I asked him for a fillet of fish but when the check arrived to the table he charge me for three fish as well the food I had to let them know to take it to go because it was taking to long and they didn’t even have silverware 🍴 to eat the food I had to asked the front desk to get me some it’s crazy, Todo empezó porque ordene un filete de pescado pero llegó un pescado entero que tenía muchas espinas que me atore con una de ellas el arroz estaba crudo y ordene un side de arroz con plátano aparte y no me lo pude comer y aún así me cargaron en la cuenta , le dije a la mesera amablemente que no me podía comer el pescado que el mismo lo probara para que viera ni un perro se podía comer ese arroz , horrible , me da pena con la persona que este manejando este hotel por el mal servicio que tienen , otra cosa cuando le dije lo de el problema me dijo que si que me iba a cambiar los dos pescados por filete , pero al final termine pagando tres pescados más el side de arroz con Plátanos que olían a pies de hombre cuando termina de trabajar , horrible. No quiero volver a ir a este lugar , no lo voy a recomendar y aquí y en Google le voy a poner el mismo review. Room 1135,1136 Cuarto 1135 y 1136
