Joshua was excellent at check in. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean, great location. The beach area was beautiful. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a great time. Hopefully will be back in the future.

Aruba was our best shore day! Thanks Marianna!
Our cruise ship was docking in Aruba for a long day! We didn’t need to be back to the ship until 10pm. We wanted to get a day pass at a local hotel but when we walked into The Holiday Inn, in Palm Beach we found the reservations manager, Marianna and wow! What a great day we had all because of her. She hooked us up with a hotel room (nice a/c, clean bathroom, fridge fluffy towels) on the ground floor with a patio that gave us access directly to the beach. We were given bracelets that gave us access to the entire property. We changed into our suits and walked outside of our patio got chairs, towels and enjoyed the beautiful water! There were a couple of restaurants where we ate lunch and dinner. This property is perfectly situated so you can walk along the beach and pick a place to eat or can grab a cab out front. The room gave us a home base for the day which let us shower after a day in the water or use our own private bathroom. One of my family even took a two hour nap and said the bed was so comfy, everything spotlessly clean that he could stay here and not go back to our ship! At the end of our stay we had to turn in our key cards to check out and walked outside to a cab to take us back to the ship. We were exhausted.. but all agreed it was one of our best days; and all thanks to Marianna! My sister is interested in staying in Auba and I have recommended the Palm Beach Holiday Inn! Perfect location, great service, clean cool, comfy rooms and excellent views of the water!

This is a no frills hotel that happens to be on a beautiful beach in a great location. If you are looking for a full service hotel, this isn't it. If you are looking for a lower priced alternative, it could work for you as long as you know what are getting. Beach/Pool: Great beach, but if you book your palapa ahead of time, you could be a very long walk to your room depending on what building you are in. This happened to us and we canceled them onsite. Rented a beach umbrella every day for $40 instead of the $18 palapa (which by then were sold out). Very little staff working the beach area to setup beach umbrellas. Towels are given out with cards, and you are only allowed one each. No beach/pool service for food or drinks. Drinks at the pool bars served in paper cups, however I will say the food wasn't bad. Some broken and all uncomfortable beach chairs, except for around the main pool. Beds were comfortable, rooms were run down with dirty furniture and dated bathrooms. The staff for the most part was very good - but it did seem to be short staffed to me.

Lo pasamos excelente
Todo el lugar vale la pena. Tremenda playita. La comida es muy buena. Las personas que te atienden igual, en especial ramon y verónica los meseros Otro dato interesante es que las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen una vista preciosa al atardecer

One of our Best Vacations
Danna, one of the supervisors went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Though the rooms need upgrading especially the carpets, the grounds and garden are well maintained. Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants. All in all, a great stay.
