Mar 26, 2025Great place to stay and not as far out from the center of the city as you might imagine. Easy Uber ride in.
Lovely resort with great staff and service. For breakfast in the Velas food hall, we had Esmeralda, Isela and Pedro’s section almost each day. They were all wonderful, but Esmeralda was outstanding so kind so sweet so helpful. Wish she could come work for me LOL!! Everybody at this resort works very, very hard to please and to give you great service. We had an oceanfront balcony room where we saw whales almost every day jumping out of the ocean. Nightly entertainment. Good bartenders. Nice little touches like chocolate, covered cherries, and little sweets, one day when we came back from the pool With hope you’re having a pleasant day with us written on a slate tablet in white chocolate in our room, we also ate at La Luce twice. We had Andre and Francisco, who were spectacular waiters. not often a fan of all inclusives especially in Puerto Vallarta but this was one of the best I’ve been at. Their Mexican restaurant is very good too didn’t try the sushi or Asian as we are not fans of either. It was just my husband and I and we had a very relaxing 11 days at this resort.

Gracious hospitality by staff
We truly enjoyed our couple days' stay at this all-inclusive. Perhaps the best part was the hospitality of the staff. We especially appreciated Norma and Medardo at the buffet (Vela Restaurant). They were attentive and gracious, even remembering our names and expressing interest in our family. It added to the warmth of our visit. We also appreciated the in-advance communication and generous room upgrade arranged by Juan Reyes. He even followed up afterward to ensure we'd enjoyed our stay If all-inclusive is your vibe (we could only do a couple days of that much eating and drinking), you'll enjoy the amenities and the wonderful hospitality here.

Incredible value for the cost!
I went here on my bachelorette, and had the most incredible time! Everything was so beautiful, the food above average (the Veha food hall and Mexcal a standout), the drinks flowing, and service absolutely wonderful! Take the aqua fitness class with Blanca, she’s the best! We got a Bali bed each day with no issues. Highly recommend!

Shout out to Alfredo pool server/bartender! He was absolutely AMAZING! We just got back last! If you are going to this resort make sure you ask for ALFREDO he will take care of you The food was okay for all inclusive…. The service in all the restaurants was EXCELLENT!

Great service and a beautiful resort
This place was amazing. A beautiful resort with great employees. I would say what sets it apart from other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at is the service. Every single employee is great. But I do have to say the best service we could’ve asked for came from the Vela restaurant from Norma and Cesar. Norma was such an amazing server and person. She took time to learn our names and offered to make us a cappuccino daily. We also loved our pool side service we received from Jose! He returned to our cabana very often for our drink orders and also went above and beyond to answer any questions we had about the resort. Norma and Cesar and Jose were great and can’t wait to return to see them! The food at the steakhouse was our least favorite. We spend $300 to upgrade to ribeyes and lobster and it was all terrible. That is the only reason for my 4 star rating instead of 5.
