Oh my. What a special treat. For a first-time visit to Mexico, the Hilton Puerto Vallarta All-Inclusive Resort checks off all the boxes. The attentiveness of the staff is exceptional - in particular: Alejandro, Mario and Gladis at the evening Auma Steakhouse (Sea Salt Restaurant), Christian who is poolside, and Roberto at the front desk. Blanca, who introduces the evening entertainment, is marvelous. The very hard-working housekeeping staff (especially the gentleman on the 7th floor) and everyone else who makes the Hilton a wonderful experience. Our quiet room and balcony were very much appreciated. The view was spectacular and I will miss the pelicans and white egrets. Early one morning we saw a pod of dolphins (or porpoises) just off-shore. The dining and drinks options are top-notch; with the Auma Steakhouse being outstanding. All in all the whole package is a holiday to remember. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Nice trip to Puerto Vallarta
Lovely hotel. Great staff. Andrés and Fransisco at Luce were fabulous. Delicious salmon! Armando at Cocomar was great too. The gym is really good for a hotel. The waves are very strong so one has to be careful. It's a short Uber away from old town and the ocean walk. There is a mix of old and new. Nice place to come and relax.

Great Resort with Good Food and Great Service
The resort was clean and comfortable. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping, wait staff at restaurants and the pool, to spa employees, etc. were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for couples, friends, and family.

Great stay overall
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very lovely, all stuff is very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Ana at Seasalt and Pool concierge Chris. Ana made sure that our meals were fun and we enjoyed it. Chris always checked if we have what we need and we enjoyed our conversations with him. Also thank you to Pedro, Mario Caesar and Jorge that served us at various times. The downside was that we went to Sunan Sushi - the food was disappointing. We left without finishing the meal - half of the people we met there did the same. The quality was just not there, the consistency of the salmon sashimi was disgusting.

Really great resort!
Awesome resort! We had a fabulous stay with family and family friends! Kids club was super awesome, our 5 year old had a blast participating in the crafts and activities, amazing staff to kid ratios! Yare, Fany, Mari, and Gali were so kind and caring! Should put to Juan at the beach and Mel at the family pool for great drinks, service and always smiling! All the staff were so friendly. Restaurants were very good - Italian and Asian eapecially! Lovely smaller all inclusive with a great swimming beach! Will return for sure! Can’t say enough good things :)
