    Great club!

    Kids club teachers made my daughter feel so welcomed that she likes to go back everyday. They have good activities and play area for them to play. We appreciate their care and thank you for sharing photos to us during her stay. Thank you so much for a memorable experience!

    Family vacation = awesome, relaxing experience

    First family vacation with 19/17 year olds...couldn't have gone better! From the breath-taking views of the ocean from pretty much everywhere to the welcoming breezes throughout the day, the weather was perfect. The staff was unbelievably welcoming from the waiters to the golf cart drivers and they never corrected our horrible spanish! The food was plentiful and delicious, particularly from an all-inclusive. The only real *drawbacks* was the hotel's distance from airport (1.5 hrs.); they're building an airport in Tulum that will fix that and the limited activities on site. This location also means you don't have to deal with the Cancun crowd!..:) Also, we went in April - the wind seems to be continuously blowing at a pretty good clip this time of year- thank goodness because that made sitting in the sun very pleasant, but it limits the availability for paddle-boarding, kayaking, etc..

    The experience in Tulum Resort

    Overall great experience! We stayed in casa 3, there was a pool right outside the room. We had an all inclusive experience with as much food and drinks as we wanted. I would say the food is a hit and miss. Some things we had were really delicious and some were mid. The staff is very attentive and friendly. If you don’t know Spanish, not to worry.

    Great time at Hilton Maya

    5 of 5. Had a great time at Hilton. Great service from Joel and Mayra at the buffet restaurant. They gave us great service and made sure we were taken care of. Concierge Annie also was great. She gave good advice on the restaurant options and helped plan the incoming trip to Cancun and Isla Mujeres. All in all a great stay.

    The best of Mexico!

    The rooms were very clean the view so beautiful. The restaurants were amazing and the buffet was great. I will definitely come again highly recommend for families as it is a kid friendly environment. The fresh mangoes were the best I ever had. The pools were very clean. Bring swimming shoes the beach is rocky but very clean.
