New, clean rooms. Housekeeping did a great job. The would mop the floors everyday. My MIL is gluten intolerant and she had no problems eating at the resort. There were many options for her and they were very accommodating. Activities were great too. We loved the mediation and breath work class run by Sofia. We liked it so much that we went multiples times. The splash pad and playground were better than expected. They kept my daughter occupied for hours.

Loved everything all week long at the Hilton Tulum ! Can’t wait to go back!
Excellent week away, teaching yoga on beach , with the help of Kevin and Sofia from the entertainment team. Would definitely return, food , cleanliness , staff , drinks , beach , clean room was all top notch ! Many choices at restaurants for everyone’s dietary needs, with celiac was able to find things at buffet and restaurants .

Firstly I am not a fan of all inclusive but thought I would try this resort as it looked so beautiful. The foyer is lovely, reminds me of Hawaii. the checkin was long and tedious. there we 3 people in kine in front of us 2 people checkin and it took over 30 ins to get to the front of the queue- then they told us we had to line up at the concierge to book restaurants.how ridiculous!! I have now realised we can book a restaurant before arrival but that was not known to us, its like a dirty little secret obviously there was nothing available that night till 930 a late night for those commuting from counties far away like Australia. so we go to dinner at the Italian restaurant at 930 almost falling asleep. the salmon starter was lovely so I thought good things to come. the Palma ham pizza was ok and the prawn pasta main was ok, the wine offered as complimentary was just and the mixed drinks im sure they are using very cheap products. nothing top shelf here at all. the room is very well appointed though with 2 showers(suite) there is NO hand held shower just rain shower except in the huge bath in middle of bathroom how is a woman expected to shower and not get wet air. ridiculous! now for the breakfast, arrived at 930am a long line up, waiting already where there are heaps of empty clean and dirty tables why not get the people sitting down its not as if its service ,its all buffet and not a good one at that . yes there was food but everything was ordinary from the very red sloppy watermelon to the very ordinary bread that they took away at 1015 when breakfast goes off at 1030. at at 1031 the doors were slammed shut!dont be late! and if we wanted a spoon for cereal there were none! had to ask a waiter who came about 5 mins later( yes the sugar frosty flakes or coco pops everything for kids) -please!! so im glad Im heading off to the St Regis 2 days of less than ordinary food has left me wanting a normal hotel.

💯Exceptional service, right from the start.💯
The trip started off. Okay, but quickly turned too awesome. Once meeting alberto our bellboy. I've been to Mexico 13 times and I have never been treated with the kind of respect and attention to detail that this gentlemen took time out of his busy day to do for myself and my wife. I would return tomorrow if I knew he was going to be there to handle our needs and ensure that the stay at the Hilton it was exceptional and 5 star. Like stated.

Amazing Kids’ Club – Perfect for Families!
We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Tulum riviera maya all inclusive hotel especially because of the amazing kids’ club! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my kids were engaged and having fun. The activities were well-organized, with a great mix of arts and crafts, games, and even some playing with staff. The play area was clean, safe, and filled with toys and entertainment options. Our kids absolutely loved spending time there, which gave us a chance to relax and enjoy the hotel’s other facilities. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend this hotel. The kids’ club makes it a perfect choice for families! We would love to come back again.
