Great family hotel in Sorrento
We visited as a family across multiple rooms just before Easter. The hotel accommodated a request to have rooms close to each other which was good. The rooms were great as a family of four - enough room to move around with a king size bed, a single bed (this was an armchair with a bed in it which was fine for my 9 year old) and a cot. The walk in wardrobe was great as so often hotels don’t have any space for clothes storage. Breakfast was good and varied - my son particularly liked the Easter egg breakfast on Easter weekend!! Even better was that my son left his iPad in the room and the hotel have been brilliant at sending it back to me in the UK. The walk into the town centre was 5-10 mins and fine with a pushchair

Nice place
Edited- Unfortunately, TripAdvisor makes you delete your review instead of editing it but I wanted to give Hilton a fair review. They responded to the review below and noted that it clearly states the indoor pool is usually closed by this time of year. I missed this notation so that’s on me. When they corrected me, they also did so very nicely and professionally. It is a beautiful hotel. We just arrived looking forward to some days at the pool. The outdoor pool closes at 5 pm. Who closes a pool at 5 pm in a resort? Then we tried the indoor pool and were informed it closes at 6pm and since today is the last day to use the indoor for the season, they’ve already turned off the heater and the pool is colder than the outside one so no one wants to get it. Seriously, Hilton…. Are you trying to save money that much when the rooms are seriously not cheap. Disappointed Show less

Beautiful Hilton Sorrento Palace!
Beautiful hotel, clean, spacious and quiet . Alot of variety for breakfast. Wonderful way to start your day with the piano playing along whilst you eat. Our family ( connecting Rooms) in 3rd floor had a magnificent view of Vesuvius, sea and the orange and lemon groves below in the hotel grounds . Hotel facilities were impeccable, clean. Bed and pillows comfortable which was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding property
Hands down one of the best property Hilton owns around the world. This is our 4th stay and there’s never a let down, a true gem. Rooms have been updated and the lobby is jaw dropping. As a diamond member the go out of there way to do the right thing, and they even exchange money at the front desk. Huge plus.

A business hotel, not a holiday hotel!
It’s a nice enough hotel, but not one I would recommend for a holiday. During our stay there was two conferences underway and so the hotel was full of suits and laptops rather than holidaymakers. Our room (101) was adjacent to the lifts and so very noisy throughout the night. A shower over a bath isn’t my idea of nice either. We paid around £400 a night and so I felt it was overpriced for the experience. Also trying to charge €3 for a bottle of water in the room is just tight and leaves a bad feeling. The outdoor pool was nice but absolutely freezing in April. The pool bar wasn’t open, so again, the holiday experience was lacking. But, the two guys overseeing the pool were very helpful. It’s a 10 minute walk into Corsa Italia and has great views over the bay and to Vesuvius. I’d recommend choosing another hotel if you’re on holiday.
