Hassan at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of my entire family since the first day of our trip. We got there way before check in and he made us all as comfortable as possible, he held on to our bags until our room was ready. The customer service didn’t stop there. Everyday he would greet us with a smile, and offer advice to make our vacation more enjoyable, he gave great recommendations for food and fun. If you need anything at all, talk to Hassan, and he will make it happen.

Hassan friendly staff
Hassan was so awesome very personable, friendly, was helpful with places to go, things to do, especially great with our kids, gave us a ride to the hole in the wall breakfast place, was great with our special needs child, and treated him just like everyone else! Really kind.

Hassan is a rock star
Shout out to Hassan he is an amazing employee. He has been and is very helpful , friendly, always in a good mood and willing to help especially with our special needs son. Thank you Hassan for a warming most wonderful experience from the Shannon family

Excellent Staycation
Patty at front desk was very pleasant, knowledgeable. Very informant. She searched for a room that was convenient to the pool. Our room 1108 was across from pool Dee Dee in the gift shop was very pleasant also. Dee Dee was very helpful & compassionate.

I was given this resort as a recommendation and was highly disappointed with the price paid (a little under $900) dresser drawer was missing…all furniture outdated…couch in living area is in need of a deep clean and not too customer friendly. Nice views tho!
