Another fantastic stay at Hilton, Buena Vista Palace. This is our go to hotel for Disney trips. It’s the perfect combination of amenities price location for a Disney stay. Bus service to the parks and totally walkable to Disney Springs, a great pool with the lazy river .You just can’t beat the value and the location of this resort. A special shout out to the front desk staff for putting us in the island. I love that location. See you again soon!

Awesome resort
Great resort I highly recommend Hilton at Disney Springs, clean and the resort is a short walk to Disney Springs. We met Alexandria who was great in explaining the surrounding area. I can’t wait to use the vacation package we purchased from Alexandria in Las Vegas.

Great service!
Our flight got delayed and they granted us a VERY late checkout of 2pm. To be clear, we’re diamond status with Hilton, so I wouldn’t expect this treatment for everyone, but for those loyal to Hilton I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay. The pool and lazy river are great, they pour the drinks strong and the food from the bar by the pool is very good too. We stayed on the first floor in “the island building” and we were able to walk out of our patio door and get to the pool in about 20 steps. There’s easy access to busses to Disney and it’s less than a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs if you want to shop or grab a high end dinner experience.

My wife and I stayed at the BVP for a week. When we arrived we got a Diamond upgrade to the Island Building. The room was so spacious, but a little dated. We had an issue with the in room safe still being locked from the previous guest. We called down to the front desk and Luis was there in no time to help open it. We also noticed that the sliding door in the bedroom wasn’t closed all the way (see attached picture) and someone was supposed to come look at it, but they never did. I was able to wedge something under the door in order for the door to seal. The AC unit in our room also made a machine gun like noise every time before it would shut off. We got use to it, but it was still a little annoying each time it went off. Pros about the property: great housekeeping staff, awesome location next to Disney Springs and an easy walk, pool bar staff were all fantastic, Bill and Liam at the lobby bar were great and best of all was the pool. The lazy river was probably the best lazy river at a hotel for us and the main pool was so incredibly large. The staff at BVP made this an enjoyable week and we would consider this property again in the future.

Top Choice of All Disney Springs Area Hotels
My wife and I visit the Hilton Palace several times a year. We travel a lot and it remains one of our favorite hotels. The hotel and grounds are very clean and well maintained, it has a great pool area with a lazy river, and a large bar poolside. The food from Letterpress and the inside bar, Sunnies is always well prepared and delicious. Sunnies has some of the best bartenders anywhere. The best thing about this hotel though over and above everything I have shared, is the staff. Everyone from the front desk and throughout is really focused and providing professional and friendly customer service and strive to make your stay a wonderful experience. As you can tell, I highly recommend the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace.
