Hotel itself needs to manage faster registration for the arrival and departure customers. Worse part of our experience is no internet in four star hotel during our three night stays and we paid parking fees but lack of information about where to park and information of parking by receptionist is go out you will see big sign. Hotel rooms are far from the reception. I don’t recommend…..

Great location, tired room
We arrived (5 of us) for our 4 night stay booked through a travel agent. The man at reception told us we weren’t booked in, after showing him our confirmation he left us for nearly half an hour. When he returned he said we were booked for the previous year ! Again we showed him all our booking details and confirmation documents, he then shrugged and said he’s sorted it out for us. We asked what the problem was, he just shrugged and told us what and where our rooms were. Then just walked off. The hotel itself is beautiful and very up to date. Our rooms were not. They were very dated and tired. Our room was next to the lift, so very noisy. Also our door had a gap all the way round it so it let light in all night. There was no tea or coffee replaced each day ( we had to request it). And our shower did not get above Luke warm. Saying all this, the hotel was in an excellent location. Next to the river and only a few minutes walk from the centre of New Orleans. If only the staff member was as happy and helpful as everyone else we met on our trip and our room didn’t have so many faults this would be a great place. Maybe we were unlucky, but I don’t think I’d risk sleepless nights and cold showers again.

This property far exceeded expectations. From the housekeeping staff to the concierge and front desk personnel, details were never glossed over or neglected. Restaurant prices are a bit high, but the food quality and service justifies the price. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Exec suite substitution
Absolutely wonderful. Staff was outstanding, reservation was messed up, front desk adjusted gave us an executive suite. Cold weather and the furnace had to be worked on while we were in room. Greatest applause to engineering staff. All great

Find a better place to stay
Not great, things in the room were not working properly (wifi was down for a few hours, shower drain was clogged), pool was closed during one of the days. They add a lot of charges upon the checkout. None of these charges are disclosed upfront, they also don't inform you about what these charges include. The are is also not so great. Wouldn't recommend
