May 10, 2025Highly recommend this hotel
The check in was very easy and they let us check in at 10:30 AM since our flight got in so early. The room is very clean and spacious. The area of the hotel is perfect as it’s so close to the French Quarter. The hotel is huge! I booked through Trivago for a slightly lower price and I was concerned it was a scam but it turned out great. Highly recommend.

May 04, 2025Very disappointed! Not coming back here
There was no jacuzzi in the pool area which was a great deception. No bath , just a shower in my room. The personnel at the restaurants and bell desk were not nice and were actually rude. I did not feel welcomed at all but felt more like an annoyance or just another customer… The food from room service and Drago’s restaurant were not good at all. Very disappointed. The room was clean and the housekeeper did a good job.

Stayed here before and after our cruise. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. I found the elevators run down and confusing. The rooms were in excellent condition, we had both the renovated and non renovated rooms. Ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was not very good for the price.

Cece M was super helpful and pleasant to work with! She was very welcoming, and provided great local food recommendations for us, she also was very insightful about the Hilton honors rewards available. Next time I come back I will try to find her. Give this woman a raise!!!!

Kickin' it in Nawlins
My room was decorated very nicely and I had an awesome view of the Mighty Mississippi! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The chargrilled oysters from Drago's are a must! Walking distance to the Quarter and warehouse district which is my most folks are down here..
