***not worth it
Nooooo. No no and no. Spend 1400 a night to have a nice room and executive lounge which consists of cheese, bread, and a small bowl of plain lettuce. The room wasn’t even properly ready. The staff is insanely rude and dismissive 90% of the time. I brought it up to many other guests and they all had a similar experience with the staff. The TVs- if you’re English speaking- no tv for you. There isn’t smart casting either or access to apps I.e. Netflix. There isn’t even English subtitles. Want to use the pool? If there’s even a cloud in the sky they’ll have it closed all day. You’ll be told it’ll be open at 7am, then 11am, then 4pm - then told it won’t be open all week. You’ll be told numerous different things like this in regards to EVERYTHING. Good luck. You’re on your own. Go elsewhere.

Beautiful location with adequate services!
Just spent 3 nights at the hotel. Incredible location. Away from the hustle of the St. Mark's Square chaos. Local restaurants close by with a grocery store if needed. Hotel morning breakfast was lackluster at best. The AC is set at 22 degrees C. But, you can ask to have them override the temp to make the room cooler. Very responsive service when we had problems. And we did.

Beautiful view
Beautiful historic hotel across the way from the main tourist area of Venice. More relaxed and quiet than the main part but with great view to enjoy, especially sitting out at dinner in the evening. Great staff and wonderful spacious room. Restaurant and rooftop bar to enjoy as well.

Perfect Experience Thanks to the Amazing Concierge Team
We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. During our visit, I proposed to my girlfriend, and the concierge team was a big part of making everything go perfectly. They helped organize the details and made the whole experience very smooth and special. I want to sincerely thank the entire team, especially the concierge staff Lucrezia and Alessia, for their support and attention. It was an unforgettable experience, and we really appreciated how welcoming and professional everyone was. Thank you again — we hope to be back soon!

5 STAR VENICE EXPERIENCE!
We stayed in the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice to celebrate my partner and I’s 20 year anniversary. We choose the hotel as we had fallen in love with it when we spotted it on a travel blog TV show in Ireland a few years earlier! We loved the location, interior and views. We knew we wanted to come so much so that we booked to stay almost a year in advance of our trip and then sat back and began to look forward to a trip of a lifetime. Little did we know we would come back saying that this trip was the best thing we have ever done, and that we feel that our experience and stay in Hilton Molino Stucky Venice was likely one that will be impossible to top, and I mean ever. We always like to meet a certain standard for accommodation on any trip, but the stars truly aligned during our stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, and while normally the goal is to feel as special as possible on any given trip, I would go as far as saying that I felt like the most valued and special customer during our stay here. I even joked I felt like a celebrity to my partner. Prior to arriving, I emailed the hotel a few questions and my emails were picked up by Lucrezia Odone - the Guest Relations Supervisor. Lucrezia was so immensely helpful from the start, and I told her what we were travelling to Italy for and she was so patient in answering my likely seemingly never-ending flow of questions. Weeks before we even got to the hotel, I already felt so welcome and it really just added to the anticipation of our arrival. On arrival, we discovered that we had been assigned to a top floor Corner Room with a View of the water and historic centre. Words can’t describe our reaction when we entered our room and saw the view the whole way across the water to the main centre looking out our windows. This was so immensely above what we ever expected the standard of our room to be, and unlike anything we had ever seen before. We were speechless for a few moments and then joked, “Well, we don’t need to go up any buildings for a view now!!” I simply can’t thank Lucrezia enough for helping us achieve our goal and almost instantly of making sure that our 20 year anniversary trip was unforgettable. This hotel truly is the most spectacular and lavish hotel we have ever stayed in. The reception staff were impeccable from check-in to check-out, any questions we had they answered. A tip for your stay – do not go home without trying breakfast from the restaurant at least once, but ideally do it everyday. It is exceptional and truly gets you ready for the day. The choice of items is spectacular! I can’t say enough about the hotels location either. Aside from getting to and from the airport, we mostly used a water taxi everywhere, and felt as central as you could want. The historic centre was literally moments away by the hotel boat and everywhere felt super reachable because of your location. We felt like we were at the epicentre of Venice, while being on the edge enough to be able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful location when in our hotel so that when we wanted to sleep, away from the sights and sounds, we slept in luxurious comfort. Ever since we’ve left, we just wish we were back there!! The hotel TV was fabulous too, the range of channels meant we always something to watch or play in the background while getting ready. The room we were in was so spacious, and the décor was so crisp, modern and clean which I completely adore. Our area was so comfortable and afforded more than enough room. The room had a spacious fridge, lots of storage space and a wardrobe that all of our clothes fit in, which really helped keep the room looking tidy all the time with any mess out of the way. My partner had access to a hairdryer and the bathroom was spectacular, with a large bath and walk in shower area, which I loved using every morning. The maid service was amazing –we were never disturbed, and every afternoon when we came back, our room was as if we were just walking in on the first day. I’m a neat freak and love this kind of cleanliness. The level of comfort in this hotel and attention to detail is just mind-blowing. We had a pretty packed to do list and got through most of what we aimed to do in Venice, all of which was easily accessible from the hotel. We took in the Grand Canal, Doge’s Palace, the Bell Tower and so much more. We loved our drinks at the bar, and we also enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco in our room because we had been assigned a room with such a spectacular view! I could write about this hotel and indeed our experience for pages and pages, but I’ll sum it up by saying that if you are visiting Venice, for the first time or have been before, I don’t think you’ve done it properly until you have stayed at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. I can say with conviction that it was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in in my life. I can in addition say that the Customer Service, and indeed personal Customer Service, that we received from Lucrezia ahead of and during our stay was the most professional, exceptional and welcoming that I have ever received in my life also. While making grand claims, I will reiterate that while we always like to set a benchmark when we travel that we like to beat the next time we go away, whether it be a standard of hotel, a view, etc., I am confident that the view we had from our room in Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is likely never going to be beaten. This hotel, and the experience surrounding it, was phenomenal. When we are back in Venice, I know where we’ll be staying. Thank you Hilton Molino Stucky Venice for everything!
