This hotel is very clean and comfortable place. Very friendly and attentive staff members. And on the #Great side of things, the main bar is a great place for eats, drinks and laughs. Make sure you ask for the bartender Cruz! He’s excellent and polite..

A very good property!
We often stay overnight at LAX before flying out to Japan. The Hilton properties are our choice of properties to stay at. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a spacious double room and I used the digital key for the first time and it works really well. We had dinner in the hotel at the bar restaurant and my grilled chicken sandwich was very good, the chicken cooked and still moist. My husband’s Cesar salad with chicken was a good salad, but the chicken was overcooked and very dry, like it has been reheated. He should have sent it back but didn’t. Mariana, the manager came by and we told her about it so she could pass it on to the chefs. She offered to bring him another piece of chicken, but he had enough and was full. She offered us a comp dessert, which we accepted and the chocolate cake was very good. Our waitress, Estelle, took good care of us and we should have said something to her about the chicken at the beginning. Next time we will do so. We will continue to frequent the Hilton properties when we have a layover at LAX.

My Fire Evacuation Home
After being displaced by the Palisades fire I was looking for a place for my 94 year old mom to relocate for an extended period of time. The LAX Hilton was the perfect place. The front desk manager Ian went out of his way to set both my mom and I up with 1 bedroom suites. Not only that they had a special “Fire Relief Package” offering victims of the Palisades fire 30% off of all food as well as Free Parking. The staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing going above and beyond the call of duty, especially the Kevin, JJ and Joshua at the Landings restaurant. Not to mention the food is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. It brings me great relief while being an evacuee of this catastrophic event to know that my 94 year old mother is comfortable and secure in these quality surroundings with hotel staff that truly cares. Convenient and Comfortable
Hotel Facilities/Service Convenient location near LAX. Clean facilities and friendly service from the guest services staff and the bar staff. Was traveling to California on business and stayed here on the way out, getting the nest night of sleep on the trip. Restaurant Only had one meal, the "Landings Burger" at the Landings Bar. It was good, but it overcooked a bit (asked for medium, got a burnt one). The toppings made it work, though. Will stay here again.

LAX Hilton
The LAX Hilton hotel is my favorite place to stay when traveling in/out of Los Angeles. Friendly, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The Landings bar is a good choice for beverages and food. I’ve been coming here for several years.
