Good airport access. Beautiful pool.
We stayed here one night to rest before heading to some of the other islands. It is very close and convenient to the airport. The hotel’s common areas were quite nice but the rooms were a bit outdated, I would call them tired and the water was lukewarm the entire time. The pool area would only give one towel per person and the food was just ok although the breakfast spread was very nice. Their service was also slow, don’t go to dinner if you are exhausted and want a relatively timely meal. Their pina colada’s were AMAZING I will say that. Wow! We enjoyed a nice island tour and the hotel helped us arranged a gorgeous hike before we left which was awesome. The staff was very friendly as well.

Great hotel, and a great location
We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Tahiti Hotel both before and after our cruise. The rooms offered stunning views and were impeccably clean. Every member of the staff was courteous, respectful, and always ready to assist with any request. The weekend brunch is exceptional and far superior to the weekday brunch. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of sun on the pool deck throughout the day. Additionally, there is a shopping center right across the street that includes a supermarket, making it convenient to pick up any last-minute items or grab a quick bite to eat. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Tahiti Magic at Hilton
We loved starting our French Polynesia vacation off with a few days at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti. Coming off a long flight, you can't beat its oceanfront location a few minutes from the airport and a short drive into Papeete. When you first walk into the lobby you're in awe of the stunning palapa and soaring ceilings of the lobby reception, bar and patio overlooking the ocean. Its gorgeous. The service from the front desk team is prompt and professional. Overall, staff are very friendly, but service speeds at the bars and restaurants are on island time, so the sooner you get into a slower pace, the happier you will be! We had an ocean front room which was spacious, modern and clean. Perhaps a bit sparse for some people's taste but we loved it. The swimming pool cannot be beat - large, scenic views, swim up bar and refreshing in the heat and humidity (which are no joke) of Tahiti. Very easy to find a lounger and shade. The breakfast buffet (especially the Sunday Polynesian buffet) at Moevai is phenomenal! The restaurant is perched out on the ocean with stunning views and the buffet is fresh, varied and plentiful. The Sunday Polynesian version, accompanied by live music, is not to be missed. It can be a bit busy and chaotic, but well worth it. We also enjoyed poolside drinks and food at Vaipuna Pool Bar and sunset Happy Hour at Heiva Lounge Bar. This lobby lounge bar is such a vibe. Sit inside or out on the patio at sunset, you cannot go wrong. The staff are lovely and the food and drinks great. Overall, starting or ending (or both!) your trip at the Hilton Hotel Tahiti is an excellent choice. Highly recommend.

A Pleasant Surprise
We stayed for 1 night before our early morning flight back to the USA . We were so surprised by the accommodations ( after being prior customers of the ICH ). The rooms are modern and clean, the staff were accommodating and friendly. They have a great view of the mountain and the water! Nice sunset! We had dinner at the French restaurant and the food was excellent! We will make this our go to stop when we come back to Tahiti!
