This new dining concept offers a large selection of freshly-prepared take out items using locally-sourced produce, meats and fish. Gluten Free and Healthy Choice items are available.

Housekeeping experience

Marylou housekeeping was the best. She went above and beyond to make sure our room was to our liking. The mattress and the pillows were super comfy. The staff was very welcomed and happy to assist in anyway possible to make your stay comfortable

Marylou was a great housekeeper!

Marylou was our housekeeper and was amazing. We didn’t request for full room service every day but if saw us in hall would always be asking if needed replacement towels, toilet paper or anything else. She did a great job and was very friendly.

Best time

Upon arrival I was greeted by the best staff, and as I entered my newly remodeled 1 bedroom beachfront suite I was extremely impressed by all the new updates. I stayed in a very similar room a few years proper that wasn’t updated and I can tell they went above and beyond w the new remodel. Not only was I happy to wake up to the breathtaking views of the ocean to diamond head from the 23rd floor of the Rainbow Tower but I was always greeted by the most amazing cleaning lady. Her name is MaryLou. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was very special and I didn’t go without anything. Such a pleasure meeting her and taking time to share some stories.

Housekeeper was great

Mandy Liu our housekeeper was most excellent, took care of everything. Hotel was beautiful, a bit crowded as you would expect . Food was pricey so empty your piggy bank. Don’t fall for the attempt to upgrade your room to an ocean view. Last thing you want to do is sit in a hotel room looking out.

runaway from this hotel

OMG just runaway from this resort room are dirty stain in the carpet dirty bathroom no check in in the morning you need to wait till one till they open reception like 1.30 pm no full service hotel not enough staff pool is like a zoo no security in any elevator so a homeless guy in my corridor awful place to stay no management to speak with if you want to order a cab no help from the concierge they here to sell tour ect worst hilton ever
