Great

Service, stay, and location, was wonderful! After a paid upgrade, the room included daily housekeeping that include water bottles and coffee. The room had a hot water kettle too! Full/large bottles of shampoo, condition, body wash and lotion was already provided so that was an extra bonus vs travel sized. Valet fellas were always courteous! The coffeeshop's bakery had a beautiful croissant.

Don’t skip eating at Tropics

Brian A. at Tropics was such a warm and welcoming server for our breakfast. He is very intuitive and goes above and beyond to make the dining experience exceptional. The food was fabulous and the beach view is unbeatable. We are Oahu Kamaaina and will be returning to eat here again! Their fried rice and crispy bacon are better than most places.

Welcome to Waikiki!

Stayed here recently for a work conference and had a wonderful stay! It’s a big village with multiple towers. I stayed in Diamond tower which had a Starbucks at the bottom, stayed in level 5 which faced the ocean but blocked by some trees. Service was amazing! I checked in at the main lobby with Chad, and he was so nice and soooo helpful! Gave me all the tips and also where to eat. I’d definitely go back!

Wonderful family vacation

I am sure there are places to stay in Oahu that are newer but we never tire of this place. The location and the little things hidden in and around HHV make it fun time for everyone in the family. They are in the process of updating their rooms and the new decor is lovely in the Rainbow Tower. It CAN get a bit crowded at times but there are plenty of places to step aside and just enjoy all that they have to offer.

Great place to stay

The hotel was nice with a lot of restaurants and shops on the property. Our housekeeper Huixi was wonderful. The pools and lagoon were great. We had an ocean view room and the view was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend staying here.
