Do not think pull out coach is a viable solution!

We stayed at this Hotel last year and decided to stay again because the service and cleanliness of this hotel are top notch. This time we opted for a suite with a pull out bed for the kids and we were reassured it was comfortable. Honestly, I took their word for it because they were so great the year before. When we got to our our room, it's was clean, nice amenities and what I remembered from the prior year. Everything was great til it was time for bed! The couch was ridiculously uncomfortable; you could literally feel every spring and the couch itself was less than desirable. I immediately called the front desk and asked for a replacement mattress for the bed or pads of some sort, they brought up one sheet and 1 blanket to fix the problem. After calling a second time they brought heavier blankets. This absolutely did not help at all. Our girls had a volleyball tournament and were up all night on this miserable bed, they following day I went and talked to the front desk on person and explained our situation. I was completely upsold on this room and believed, at the time, this room would be the best! The front desk did NOTHING to help us so the only thing we could do was to pull the pads off the lounge chairs from the lanai. This worked to a degree and our girls were able to rest. Buyer beware- this is not a great choice! If you need a suite, choose another hotel!

    Hawai’i business trip

Excellent staff and beautiful views. Rooms are modern and comfortable with everything that one could need whether you’re here for business or pleasure. Very close to everything Waikīkī, very easy to find anything from this location. Would highly recommend.

    Great Hotel

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, neat & tidy rooms with a great view. Great location as well. Walking distance to the Beach and Stores. Housekeepers did a great job. We had a great experience and will definitely come back. I recommend this hotel.

    Good hotel with excellent location

Good hotel with excellent location First the good 1) location, location, location… its excellent located 3 blocks to the beach and 3 blocks to the main shopping street in Honolulu 2) hotel is clean and modern 3) staff at check in are kind and comprehensive of their clients. We checked in at 5pm and one of our rooms wasn’t ready up until 8pm, the hotel had the decency of giving us a compensation by not charging resort fees for that room. 4) hotel has a nice convenience store at one side, and if you are diamond you can use $30 credit per day there. The bad 1) parking is available but only valet at the ridiculous price of $55 per day 2) hotel charges you a resort fee that is not worth it, but is mandatory for all rooms. They give you an umbrella and a chair and sun screen at the pool, but probably worth 1/3 of that they charge. 3) restaurant at the hotel has ridiculous expensive prices even for a hotel in Honolulu, pleas{ avoid it if you care about your wallet. 4) the pool should be heated at the price point, it’s colder than a mothers in law hug. I like this hotel much better that the Hilton scam resort at the beach, will definitely return here next time I am in Honolulu
