My family and I came on to this resort for a vacation. We really enjoyed our time. The staff were absolutely fantastic and the food here is delicious!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering one. The only thing I would want to “warn” you is that this is not a party resort. It’s one where you could relax.

Pedro for president
My husband and I stayed at Hilton cancun all inclusive Jan 9th to the 16th, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, the resort and beach is beautiful. Restaurants are great. Highly recommend checking out Isla mujeres while you’re there. A gentleman at the pool helped us get tickets to see the island, and the thing I appreciated most is that he wasn’t pushy at all like you typically see at resorts. He made great recommendations to us and we ended up having an absolute blast. The kids pool is where it’s at!! Lastly, I have to say, Pedro was definitely the highlight of the trip. Thanks Hilton!

Birthday celebration
Me and my sister went for my birthday celebration. 4 days 3 nights only regret it that we stayed longer! Hotel so accommodating, staff very friendly and hard working , food delicious, view amazing, room service, cleaning awesome. I would visit again

I recommend this hotel
I went to Hilton Cancun on February 2025, the overall experience was really good. The service was awesome, everyone was friendly and willing to help in everything we need. The kids club is a plus. My kid really loves it. The only thing that they need to improve is the access to the beach. It's really difficult for people with any disability or even older people. Everything else is worth it.

Great activities, super friendly staff
Many unique activities such as valentines cards, pizza making, and dance activities. The club has plenty of free time spots for open play. The staff is extremely friendly and ended up remembering kids names and where they’re from by second day. Kids had a great time with the Kids Club crews.
