    Wonderful food and service

    Elvis at Auma Strakhouse is the best server on the planet! He made our experience so special and wonderful and we laughed so much. Definitely coming back!

    Special family time in Cancun

    We took our kids (17 & 20) to their first all-inclusive resort. We had 4 wonderful, relaxing days at the pool and around the resort. Service was consistently fabulous. We loved all of our special meals at Maxal, La Luce and especially at Auma. Our waiter, Axel, navigated our daughter’s dietary needs (due to allergies) with special care.

    Overall pretty good experience at the resort. We had great service and great food at Maxal. Antonio was an attentive server!

    Exceptional

    First time staying at the hotel and I must say we were very pleased with all the staff. Very friendly, helpful and always with high energy. The staff at taqueria Maxal were amazing, we had the pleasure to be taken care by the staff Humberto, Sandy, Abel, Fernando, Fabian, Yeraldi and Monserrat. We will definitely return.
