Thomas D. had the best smile and was very accommodating. The check in desk was very helpful. They had all of the knowledge on every part of the hotels. Starbucks had great drinks and great service. They were very helpful in all aspects of the stay and I will definitely return. Thank you Thomas D!

The hotel is undergoing extensive construction. I was on the 5th floor which smelled of chemicals and next to the roof which was being redone. The workers started at 6:30 a.m. by dragging boxes outside my window, then proceeded to start noisy replacement process. a poor experience for a Hilton especially without notice of the work being done.

Great Location to Disney
I enjoy my stay here. The staff was great, my room was clean, and I felt safe staying here solo. You are also in a good central location because you are within walking distance to the parks and Downtown Disney. I also love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative (if you can call it negative) note was that the hotel's restaurant does not have good menu choices and it is extremely expensive for what you get. However, there are so may other placed to eat near by.

Great customer service
Bruno G. was in great spirits. We enjoyed our conversation and he had such great customer service. We will definitely be coming back. Hilton Anaheim is a nice hotel especially for family and friends. We look forward to our next vacation with Hilton suites.

Great place to stay near Disneyland!!!
We had a great stay — chose hotel for proximity to Disneyland. The hotel price was so reasonable, the rooms were clean, quiet, and well maintained. There is a restaurant and Starbucks in the lobby. Also, there is a free shuttle provided by Disney when exiting the park that drops you off 0.5 miles from the hotel—super easy and safe walk back. Would 100% recommend and will stay here again for future visits!!!
