    Unlimited, reservation-free a la carte dining includes a Japanese Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar, an authentic Italian trattoria, Mexican and steak restaurants.  On any day you please, unwind with a mid-afternoon coffee and exquisite dessert at the cafe.

    Fun and awesome

    Diego was a fantastic bartender. He kept things fun. He interacted well with guests. He also served a verity of drinks to each guest. ………………………,,,,..,………he also danced well he’s manager Elvis was also funny and brought a well presentation to the royalton family

    Amazing

    Diego at the swim up bar was amazing! Interactive with the guests and serving delicious drinks! Would go back just for this kind of service. I would recommend this resort to anyone in the future. He had some great moves and kept things fun and entertaining- exactly what I wanted for a vacation to Cancun.

    Amazing!

    Diego, Elvis, & Miguel were the best so accommodating and the drinks were amazing. Felt like I was right at home. All of the service at the resort has been great Maria was so helpful from the time we walked into the doors. Would definitely recommend everyone come here!!!

    Great trip Cancun 2025!

    The pillows were flat and the bed was a little too hard for us. But over all the Room was beautiful and we really enjoyed this resort and all the amenities. It was a great experience for our first time in Mexico. Isreal Lopez was a great server at the buffet. He remembered us everyday.

    good all-inclusive resort

    We visited this resort in Feb 2023 The weather was a little disappointing with a few days completely washed out but the resort did as much as possible to make the stay enjoyable with indoor activities etc. The overall presentation and layout of the resort with the one minor drawback being the buffet restaurant which is a little dark. The location of the resort is good but the beach faces east so you have full morning sun but have to turn away from the sea in the afternoon. As with most resorts in this location the sea weed can be a problem for beach lovers. The resort tries to clear but it is somewhat of a losing battle. All staff were very friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. Our first room allocation was next to the service elevator and access so was noisy and unpleasant we request relocation and this was accommodated to an equivalent level room much better located. The quality of food was generally good in all restaurants and buffet with the one exception being the steak house where reservation is required and the quality and service was a bit disappointing. For an all inclusive resort the service was great throughout the day for both food and drink. The onsite coffee shop provided an excellent service and variety of drinks and snacks throughout the stay. This is a great all round resort.
