    Great experience and time. Hope to return

    This hotel is beautiful. The location and beach amazing. The vibe team with Starfire and Devonte are great. Tevin in main lobby bar is awesome and my family appreciate him. Brian, our butler in the diamond club was great. We loved our stay👍🏻🇯🇲👍🏻

    A Time We Will Remember

    This vacation was the best one yet. We were in the diamond club and from the moment we got their we were welcomed with opened arms. Our butlers were Brian and Jermaine, they were absolutely amazing. They always made sure we had everything we wanted and made sure we were always good. The food was amazing, the jerk chicken, rice with peas, and so much was everything we could have imagined. The restaurants were great as well as the service in each of them. The staff at the Royalton Negril were amazing, they all made sure we felt welcomed and they never failed to put a smile on our face. Tevin was the best bartender out there! His drinks were amazing and he was beyond funny. Although we met him late into the trip he made our last few days truly ones to remember. The entertainment was great, every night there was something going on for you to enjoy. The vibe team was great, especially Devonte (Strapp) and Starfire. Devonte was so funny he always had us crying of laughter on the beach. We will never forget our handshake YEETTTT. He was truly a sweetheart, he even texted us when we got back home to make sure we got there safe. Starfire was the hype girl of the trip, she always made sure that everyone was included in the games. Overall, the food, the people, the energy, and the whole experience was one we will always remember. We will definitely be back soon!

    Enjoyed our stay

    I enjoyed my stay at Royalton Negril, Twinkle is such an amazing person she goes beyond and above to ensure we were always doing good checking on us daily to ensure our stay is great . She doesn’t only check on us we watch her daily walking around the pool ensuring each individual is always at their best with the biggest smile on her face. Workers like thee is what the hotel needs, and just because of her we will be visiting again. She show how much she loves her job, Royalton u have a star here make sure u guys treat her how she deserves to be treated.

    Will definitely return with my friends, and highly recommend this location.

    The location and water is beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment fantastic and professional. Food was great, offering a variety for everyone's preference. Jamaica night was the best ever. We were a party of twelve, diamond club. A bit of confusion by the staff getting some of us to our rooms, blame it on the heat. Some of us had a water problem at shower time. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely return and recommend this location. Shout out to our butlers Kenneth and Samantha great people. Also the Vibe Team Starfire, Tiny and the rest of the team. Our Cabana butler Andrew was the best. Thanks to you all for making our vacation a wonderful experience.

    Bad management team no communication, horrible customer service on the management .

    I will rate them a 2 because the staff was good, but the management team was horrible. This was my first time there I didn’t get any Guide of wear anything is that in the resort. I did early check in on Monday so I won’t have to wait when I got there Friday. I still waited at the counter for 30 minutes. The manager who worked Friday afternoon told me that my room wasn’t ready. I have to wait, She also didn’t tell me that I had to make reservations for all the restaurants except the buffet . They don’t take any walk-ins. I had to find that out on my own. order a room service they never came. They didn’t ask me if I wanted to be a diamond club member so the diamond club member could go anywhere they want in resort and they are the first ones to get reservations. I paid a lot of money to be to this resort for four nights and five days and did not get the experience of all the restaurants. This is sad and poor Customer Service on the management team because I complain Saturday and I complain on Monday because Saturday wasn’t resolved, and it still didn’t get resolved Because they made me a reservation Monday night at 9:30. I missing overslept and got there a couple of minutes later and they told me the restaurant is closed at 9:45 which is crazy because I don’t know why they made the reservation for 930 in the kitchen closing in 15 minutes that doesn’t make any sense. I will never advise anyone to come to this resort again because the bad customer service on the management team not the staff I don’t understand why they make you feel out informing acts if this is your first time and you put yes, and no one give you the tour of the resorts and explain to you what’s going on And then the QR code that I scan at the service desk link me to a different resource that I did not know until the lady at one of the days told me that was the wrong app.
