Fun and relaxing vacation
We had the greatest time at Royalton! The vibe team kept us very entertained. Big shoutout to Nashane (Lucky) and Tiny T. You guys were so kind to us and we miss you. The food was great and facilities were clean. Dane and Nickolas were the best butlers and took great care of us. Highly recommend!

Not a 5* star hotel BUT we loved our stay and will return
We (couple and a 10 year old daughter) just got back from Royalton Negril and this is the first time I am leaving a review. We made our reservation with TUI in January and after reading the negative reviews I tried to cancel it but could not find a 5* replacement. We are food lovers and easy going travellers but we expect to see the value of our money :). Pros: Kids club: The entire kids club staff (I cannot remember all the names) they were fun, energetic and my daughter loved the experience. Food - we stayed for 7 nights and used the buffet for every single day, we loved the food quality, variety of and deserts and all were made in-house. The waiting staff during the lunch and dinner were really good but the breakfast team needs more training around general customer service. Amenities- Our room was clean and had a great sea view and everything worked as it should. Cons: - Daytime activities: although daily trivia and aqua gym was superb, in my view, the pool party wasn't always suitable for families. The cocktails had SO much sugar that I couldn't drink more than two a day ( maybe I ordered the wrong drinks). Breakfasts waiting staff could benefit from more training on customer service. My overall experience was fantastic and we would return to Royalton Negril ( big shout out to Olivia, JJ, Sadeki and many others who made us feel so special and welcome). The hotel is huge and seems to be the best on the area however in my opinion this is not a 5* star hotel. I would say it is a 4* but with a few changes it could become a 5*. I appreciate it might be extremely hard to maintain the high standard in a such big place, however I would prefer to pay and know what to expect rather than be disappointed. All worries taken care of
We were very nervous going to the resort as there had been some issues with the employees and management with a partial work to rule( strike ) a week before we were to arrive. When we arrived we heard everything was worked out and everything was operational. We stayed in the penthouse rooftop suite and couldn't be happier with that choice. We had to amazing butlers Dwight and Okeen who made our stay fun and memorable. Anything we needed was alway taken care of. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and the guys took care of everything. No worries at all. Food was good, nice choice of restaurants and buffet was always fresh. If you thinking of going book now you won't regret it.. yeah mon

Relaxing in the sun!
Our family enjoyed a 5 night stay at the Royalton Negril. The staff were kind, patient, helpful and focused on making sure our visit was the best. Our youngest enjoyed the kids club. Our oldest loved the buffet. My husband and I loved the beach service. It was a beautiful place.

Great Location, Horrible Service
Just wrapped up a vacation at the Royalton Negril and would not recommend. We had to wait over 2 hours for our room, most of the staff was not helpful, our room smelled very musty, most of the food was not very good, and overall there was a vibe that most of the staff didn’t care. I’ve stayed at a different Royalton resort and had a great experience but this was a 180–would absolutely not go back to the Royalton Negril or recommend, although the location was lovely. Otherwise, it was not good.
