    Lovely hotel

    Such a lovely hotel , food lovely although some better than others . Staff are amazing very friendly and helpful . A big mention to Cesar who helped us from day 1 right to the end with anything we needed . Lovely big rooms with nice views . Rooms cleaned everyday . The entrainment 10/10 and they also have a quiet pool if you just want to relax .

    Fantastice adult-only resort, especially if you are looking to relax!

    Haven Riviera met and exceeded expectations for my wife and I! We've been to Cancun and other parts of Mexico numerous times and have stayed in many resorts for family trips, friends, or just us as a couple. Our goal was purely relaxation...no excursions, loud activity, etc...we just wanted to completely unplug and not have to think about anything. Haven allowed us to accomplish this goal as best as possible. Transfers- Definitely recommend Amstar which is the preferred and onsite transportation company for Haven. In my research, they were the most affordable option. Easy to locate at the airport, smooth shuttle ride, friendly service. Check-in was easy...we ate at the buffet until rooms were ready. They assigned us a great room and had the "anniversary" thing on our door. The room was outstanding. It was the most practical & functional room we may have had in terms of storage and space. Beds were very comfortable. We utilized the hot tub with outstanding views. The balcony is spacious. TV channels were good. And they had a bluetooth speaker that in the room that we used daily. Bathroom was large, and 3 rainfall shower heads were great. Only problem we had was that the shower door didn't retain water well, so we had to use a lot of towels to stop water soaking the bathroom. Room service was punctual. Food was good (esp bkfst). Wifi was fair/good. Pools offer different experiences...one peaceful, other has music and volley ball. Both great. Didn't use the Serenity pool as we weren't Serenity guests. The main pool was open 24-hours! The food overall was good. We've been to enough All inclusives to say that they were better than normal. We did the italian restaraunt (just okay) and the japanese one (very good). We did room service and buffets the other nights. Buffet in the evening and for breakfast are GREAT options. Lunch was just okay. The cabanas and chairs for the beach were good for relaxing. As you can imagine, there's a lot of seaweed so the going into the water is not ideal. Shows reminded me of a cruise show. But all entertainment was really good in our opinion. Gym was great...24 hours. This is a FANTASTIC adult-only resort...especially if you want to chill and relax!

    Excellent, professional service from all staff members, particularly our butlers Miguel, Candido and Sahel! Beautiful property with numerous options for relaxing, food and fun! We REALLY didn’t want to go! Thank you, we’ll be back! 😎🌴❤️

    CIELO EN LA TIERRA

    Aparte del paraiso en la tierra ... quiero agradecer a cada uno de las personas que nos atendieron en nuestro viaje por que sin duda sin ellos, el hotel no seria la misma experiencia . Quiero agradecer a Graciela que fue mi ama de llave por cuidar cada detalle en mi estancia y sobretodo por sus mensajes tan hermosos que me escribio dia a dia ( te llevo en mi corazon) tambien a degner por cuidarnos en la piscina ; a jesus en el mesero del restaurante italiano por su amabilidad y servicio ,se me van algunos nombres pero cada personal hizo una experiencia inolvidable .felicitar al cheff del buffet por los platillos tan deliciosos , en especial el pollo al curry ( espero puedas regalarme la receta ) sali con unos kilos de mas peroo feliz . Por ultimo no dejen de ir al restaurante con varios vip maravillosa experiencia ... puedo extenderme pero en realidad me senti como el cielo no en la tierra . GRACIAS !

    Fun trip, lovely hotel, great staff

    We had a wonderful time on our girls' trip stay at Haven Riviera Cancun. It was my first time at an all-inclusive, and I loved it! I got a free upgrade on my room since they couldn't accommodate one of my requests, which was a stellar surprise. Overall the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and surprisingly bug-free, there was stuff to do but it wasn't a huge party hotel (which was a big plus for us). The spa was lovely and I had a great massage. The pool concierge Kevin was a sweetheart and took great care of us on our last day. The food was good, and it was nice that there are both buffets (shout-out to the best waiter ever Luis) AND actual sit-down restaurants (would particularly recommend the teppanyaki experience with Chef Alejandro). The mixed drinks were definitely light pours across the board, but that's probably to be expected at an all-inclusive. Don't listen to the reviews that say the beach smells bad -- it's totally fine, that's just what the ocean smells like. I highly recommend this resort and would stay here again!
