Paolo poolside was amazing , Sahel at guest experience and Andrea at flavors hostess was amazing. Overall great experience and would like to check out serenity louge next time. Staff was very friendly and food was average but the pool was nice

Had a fantastic time at the resort. Every day and night had events to keep busy, or you can take a load off by the beach and listen to the ocean. The staff was an highlight, absolute professionals all around. Zero pressure for any upsell which is rare. Thank you for a wonderful week!!!

Thank you for saving our vacation!
My husband and I just returned from our third trip to Haven Riviera Cancún and we want to say a giant thank you to the resort management and staff for allowing us such a wonderful stay. We had begun out trip at another All-Inclusive resort, which was right below Haven along the beach, but were not happy and knew that we could not spend the rest of our vacation there. We decided to take a chance and contact our butler, Edith, who we had on our previous 2 stays at Haven. Although she was currently working at another resort, within minutes she had contacted her former managers, Ana and Rubén, and we were able to book a gorgeous ocean front room with balcony and jacuzzi tub for the remaining 5 nights of our trip. Once we arrived, we could not have been happier and more relieved that we had made the switch. Everyone we came in contact with was welcoming, friendly and professional. The resort is spotless and the grounds are so beautiful. Throughout out our stay, Edith checked on us daily and together with Ana and Rubén, surprised us with a romantic dinner and beautifully decorated room to help us celebrate our Second Honeymoon. We cannot thank the three of them enough for saving our vacation and making it so special! We will definitely be coming back to Haven very soon!

Excellence and beauty!
We had the BEST time! The people at the resort were phenomenal. The beach and the pools were great, and the FOOD was amazing! Gabo, Lorena and the rest of the staff made us feel special and everything was done with excellence. We loved the breakfast buffet and the views at the Vista were unforgettable!

The resort is very clean. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Two in particular Melanie at the main pool was awesome!! Our butler Manny went above and beyond. He responded immediately to any request 24/7 Great customer service. We upgraded to serenity level ocean front. Well worth the upgrade.
