Best experience ever!!! I had so much fun and there’s so much to do and the entertainment is phenomenal!! Always interacting with people with fun games. Definitely will come back! The bartenders were awesome, if you treat them right and give tips they will provide you with a great time!!

It was a very fun trip. Georgia is the best staff member. Played many fun games. Had great bands, silent disco. The pool was great played games there as well! They had relatively the same food options but it was still good and very fun experience!

Fantastic relaxing vacation
This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and it was fantastic! The weather was incredible. The staff were pleasant and friendly. We felt the food was exceptional at all the restaurants and by the pool. We would like to give a shout out to staff members that went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best we have ever had: Our butler team Alex, Uri and Francesco made our trip worry free. We appreciate all they did for us. The wait staff were incredible! We would like to recognize: Tacuba and Diego at Ciao Alonso and Igguregui at Ipanema Jazmin, Brandy and Fernando at Zen, along with Captain Alondra and Chef Israel Rafa, Adela and Victor at the Market Mayber at the Cafetto Alex, Juan and Gabriel at the pool They were all attentive and fun and made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We also want to commend the pool entertainment team for making us laugh till we cried: Kevin, Jorge, Reed and Theresa, keep up the great work with your “crazy games.” We couldn’t wait for 3 pm every day! We cannot wait to go back!

Amazing!
Amazing! The service was great and the staff was amazing! Each selection of meat was delightful and perfectly cooked. I am eager for my next visit at Ipanema. The hospitality of the staff was unmatched. The red house wine perfectly complements the meat, while the fresh sides elevate an already amazing meal.

Exceptional Stay!!
The service and staff at PV Hard Rock was exceptional! A special shout out to Trip advisor Ramon, who went above and beyond to secure us airport transportation when it was past the time we were supposed to register. Also, Sylvia of guest relations was very pleasant and helpful. One more praise for our housekeeper, Anna. She spotlessly cleaned and organized our room every day and was also very creative with the adorable towel animals she left daily at the foot of our bed. What’s more, she’s greeted us with a huge smile every time our paths crossed. We enjoyed a very pleasant vacation.
