    Best vacay ever!

    Amazing staff in particular Nilson and Kevin (entertainers). Everyone was so good at getting people to have fun and have a good time. Without them all, the experience would not have been the same! The food, rooms, pools, and the view were all great of course as well.

    Nilson and Kevin are amazing!

    The staff was amazing! Felt like we were meeting life long friends and the dinners were also amazing. Nilson was the coolest dude ever. Always made sure we were taken care of and felt like we made a friend a long the way. Appreciate him and also Kevin was amazing as well. All so funny and made us feel at home. Thank you all!

    Lo Mejor de Vallarta ! You MUST experience it

    What can I say TUSCON advised us and led un into some incredible adventures . Not only was HardRock the Bomb the tours were even better . So thankful for their guidance through it all. Met so many people , staff was so polite ! Everyone speaks English and of course Spanish , was truthfully a delight .

    We booked out excursions through Tuscan. He was very informative and helped us make the best of our time and trip. We even price shopped with other companies, and found them to be very competitive. Nothing was hidden or untruthful. We cannot wait to return. Highly recommend using him for your best time ever!

    Wonderful experience at the Hard Rock all inclusive Hotel Puerto Vallarta

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were a standout – always smiling, friendly, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The culinary experience was also a highlight; the food was consistently delicious with great variety. If you're looking for a resort with excellent service and fantastic food, look no further!
