    First but no the last dance

    It was our first time at Hard Rock Riviera Maya but definitely no the last We loved the heaven pool great service great staff and great drinks Big shout out to William and Enrique from pool concierge always helping us Our guys from the entertainment staff Eddie Otto and all his crew always evolve us in the activities Our server Benito we never had a empty glass The staff at Faro always take care of us Maria and her staff thanks a lot

    HRRM

    Hard Rock Rivera Maya was absolutely amazing! Laser tag and rock climbing with Rene were amazing!! The food was amazing and the restaurants were beautiful! The staff is friendly and welcoming, they make you feel so at home! We will definitely be returning as soon as possible!!

    Awesome

    Very nice resort Nick was awesome had my seat ready daily. Melissa checked on me daily. Nick was my besty. Very nice all service was top notch by the workers. They made sure I was happy had what I wanted and needed. Am definitely coming back. Loved the waterfall to float under at the pool. Nick blew up my floaty and deflated it when it was time to come home.

    Great stay

    This hard rock does a fantastic job of ensuring their employees constantly greet you with a smile and are happy to see you. That is a big deal! Johnson, who is our service at breakfast, went above and beyond on a daily basis to make our breakfast awesome!

    Fun in the sun at Hard Rock Mayan Riviera

    We just finished up a wonderful week at the Hard Rock Mayan Riviera. We travelled as a family of 6 and stayed in the presidential suite, which gave us all the space and privacy that we needed. The resort is beautiful and well maintained and the food is excellent, especially if you enjoy Mexican food. I enjoyed every meal of our vacation and never struggled to find a drink in my hand. The highlight of our visits here are always the staff members. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you need and that you’re having a great time. Samantha was our butler and did an excellent job of making sure that our cabana’s, restaurant reservations and show reservations were all looked after, so we didn’t have to take time to do extra planning, we were able to just enjoy. She was only a WhatsApp message away whenever we needed her. The entertainment crew was also awesome - Roberto, Axel and Grecia were so much fun. They made sure that there was always something to do, whether it was trivia, water balloon fights or other types of competitions for all ages. I was really impressed with Roberto when I saw him stop what he was doing to help a colleague who had slipped while carrying a tray of dishes. He showed great care for his colleague and the same level of care was extended to his guests. Any time that we passed through the lobby we ran into Gabriel, one of the concierges, and stopped for a chat. He remembered everyone in our party’s name by the end of our first day, made great conversation and made sure that we were well looked after. Alan the falconer was also very friendly and took time out of his work to answer any of my family’s questions and even gave us a chance to take a photo of his Harris Hawk. My son (11) also left a review which I will include below: “Every time I come all the staff are so kind I tried to find a problem and I couldn’t I love how they have classes or competitions every day. Some you have to pay for but you get a prize if you get 2nd or 1st the place it is awesome and every part is better then being at Disney world and I love the warm weather
