We had an amazing time at HRRM. It is one of our favourite places to go. During our stay there we had excellent service from our Butlers Daniel and Paola. They were responsive to all our needs and made our stay relaxing and stress free. They are the best butlers we have had in all our HR stays. The rooms were clean and daily housekeeping and turndown was a treat. Room service was used every night by our kids and they were always prompt and food arrived hot. The hot tub on the roof we tried to use once, but it would not maintain the water level. Not a huge deal to us though. Pool service was excellent. Particularly special shout outs to Valdosta (pool service) and Nacho (food service)! Nacho went out of his way each day to ensure that we had the best food and would bring us snacks each day! We also had an amazing Chairman dinner at Faro and had amazing service and entertainment! Can’t wait to go back!!

Great! Stay, amazing staff!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, and the entire staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The activities were fun, and we did quite a few of them. One staff member who was very helpful was Gaby Machuca In excursions. She made multiple adjustments to our activities for us, and she even managed to find my lost running shoes, which were expensive! Thank you Gaby.

Amazing trip and successful birthday surprise
Lucio from Concierge was amazing! He helped us pull off a birthday surprise for my sister who turned 21 while we were in Mexico. He also ensured that my sister was celebrated multiple times during the trip, from the room decorating to the surprises pool side, Lucio made this a very memorable trip. We will be back! In addition to the birthday surprise, Lucio helped us make the most of our time at the property!

Totally worth it!
The service in this place is above and beyond. In particular the pool concierge team, William, Alex and the bar staff along with Natasha, our waiter was always on top of everything making sure we had our drinks fresh. Highly recommended. We had a great experience.

Hard Rock Riviera Maya- awesome stay
Pool concierge William was fantistico. We stayed almost exclusively at the blue pool. There were enough things to do and there seems to always be servers around to help as well. Senor Perez was our server for a couple of days and was awesome. Great vacation four family.
