  Family Vacation

  We had a great time at the Hard Rock Cabo. Food was great although wait times for a family of 7 was a few hour (dinners) but that is a lot of ppl to accommodate so it is what it is. For poolside service, Sergio Garza was consistently fantastic. He was attentive and quick. Pools are not heated. Can’t speak for Adults only side.

  We had a blast

  I had a large family group that recently visited this hotel, and we had a great time! We were on site for 7 days in February 2025 our entire group agreed that the rooms were nice with a large shower and a jacuzzi soaking tub on the balcony that was used frequently. Our housekeeper Norma did a fantastic job keeping the room clean. If you need help booking planning your vacation excursions Anna did great for us. We ended up with a day at the spa that she helped us with. If you are planning on using the sofa bed in the rooms mention that on check in so sheets and a blanket can be brought to the room. Our servers were all great at the many restaurants you are lucky if you get Samuel at the market, he was a standout at that location. Toro was also a great stop Braulio was fantastic, as a side note he sang Happy Birthday for one of our guests and it was amazing!! The pool staff was also great, there were so many activities, and Katy was amazing making sure everyone knew what was coming next and making sure people were having a lot of fun. (there are other pools that didn't have activates) and the staff at the pool was also provided excellent service. Count yourself lucky if Ruben, Manuel or Omar are taking care of you for the day.

  Great time at Hard Rock!

  We had a great time at the hard rock! The food was great and the service was amazing. We especially want to thank Sergio Garza at the pool!! He remembered us everyday AND our drink orders. Really made us feel like vips! This was our second time back at the hard rock in Cabo and we will be back! Also to mention, one of our family members is Celiac and we had NO issues with food or cross contamination. Made us feel at ease!

  We had a good week but more of an adults only resort

  Just returned from Hard Rock Los Cabos. I traveled with 2 of my children and their spouses and my grandchildren ages 4, 2 and 1. We had an excellent room, Rock Suite Ocean Front, along with another Deluxe Ocean View Room. We are Legendary members so we did have a butler as well. Jonathan, who we did have on another trip, went above and beyond to help us have an enjoyable week! We spent all of our days at the Legendary Pool. Ramon was an amazing waiter. We was so quick and attended to every need we had. The last day he was off, we definitely were spoiled having him! I want to mention Miguel also he did an excellent job of making sure we had plenty of towels/chairs, whatever we needed. Food and drinks at the Legendary Pool were very good!! Our evening dinners were average. They have narrowed down the menu choices from last year when we came. Expect to spend 2 hours at dinner. The little kids didn't do real well with that, but we managed. They did bring their food out before ours so that was helpful. Some of the restaurant staff that need to be mentioned would be JC at Zen, Alex at Toro, Javier at Los Gallos for breakfast, Jose at Umo. Room service food was good and usually fairly quick. It was below average temperatures for most of the week. This was the third stay with family with small children. The pool temp was cool, so we had always left them play on the steps of the "hot tub" at the Legendary Pool. This is not an adults only area, they do have one of those. The temperature of "hot tub" was warm bath water. They informed us that they no longer allow under 18 in this "hot tub". Along with that rule, it also states no alcohol in the hot tub either, which obviously they do not follow. We were basically the only people in hot tub. We asked if they could just turn down the temperature to what they felt was okay, or to turn the heat up on the regular pool, which they did neither. We also asked to sign a waiver because the water was not that warm, and they only were playing on the steps. The lifeguards/pool concierge were not going to let them in pool under any circumstances. We had brought a small pool for the 1 year old to play in, and they didn't want us to add the warm water to that either. We do come to this resort because of the heated pools. I don't think we will be bringing back the kids. They do have slides, but those are for over 8 years old. Overall it was a good week, but we aware this is more of an adult resort.

  Group friends vacation

  We had a group of 15..so a big group to work with. It was my birthday as well. I got a lot of special treatment and celebrations from all staff for my bday so I loved feeling so special. The staff from walking into hotel to cleaning crew..room service all AMAZING. when walking around resort staff always smiling and super friendly. We were always greeted with smiles..super friendly when getting lost around hotel. Atmosphere so fun..relaxing and full of positivity. The guys working at the pools really bust ass and stay on it with all guests. Make you feel so special and let you relax. Great to have help with making dinner reservations..pools spots..heads up on events for the day. The spa day was amazing and extremely relaxing. The staff so kind and wanted your experience to be great and special. We are lucky to say this is our 3rd hard rock to vacation and it didn’t disappoint. It’s great to get away from life..feel special..and see smiles and get the love and time from staff to make it a very special vacation.
