The staff here is Amazing! This Resort is Gorgeous! Alexa, Karen, and Manny helped me find my lost phone! I highly recommend this resort…. The customer service is exceptional!!!The restaurants is excellent! We love the service!! You are amazing!!

Great Stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos
We had a great stay at the Hard Rock in Cabo. We stayed in a 2 bedroom Rock suite which was lovely and spacious for 3 adults and a teen. We loved the food and the service was awesome. We especially appreciated the excellent service from our butlers, Oscar and Atzin. They were very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Oscar in the music lab was also excellent and spent extra time with my husband and son. Pros: Food and drinks (variety and quality), service, spa, cafe, entertainment, music lab, guitar loans, 24 hour room service, Legendary (members only) pool and hot tub, smaller resort built in 2019 Cons: March is a very busy time with many college students visiting which made it quite loud at times; it was very windy and walking on the beach wasn't enjoyable due to strong winds blowing sand; our suite was lovely, but they could be cleaned and maintained a bit better between guests

Best vacation spot
The food, service and views are unlike any other!! We absolutely love it here!! Our Butlers Atzin and Oscar were amazing, they had all of our dinner reservations set and reserved seating for us at all the shows. I would 100% recommend them and the Hard Rock property for your next luxury vacation!!

Sal and Dustin were great! Very attentive and action oriented. They made the room upgrade feel just like that….an upgrade. The hotel is awesome with all the amenities you and your family would like. Note that this hotel is located on the windier side of Cabo.

Amazing
I can’t even began to say what a great time the family and me had. This is one of the smaller Hard rocks I have stayed at but for me one of the best experiences of all. The food was seriously amazing everywhere we ate. I almost never have breakfast at all inclusive because of the smell of eggs in the dining area, but at this resort anywhere you would sit to eat the atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious and the service was above and beyond. At the Legendary pool we had a server by the name of Andres, all I can say is he was awesome 🤩 and always so happy. The pools are all beautiful, and have the bar inside so u can swim up and order a drink. I did notice some areas needed a little maintenance near the bars in the pool but nothing crazy. But here is the best part of our experience, this time around we had a gentleman by the name of Chetan, who is someone they designate (like a personal assistant) for the Legendary members. I can honestly say that neither the kids, my husband nor I wanted to leave after being taken care of by Chetan. He is by far the most amazing person through and through. We seriously would ask a question and seconds later he would reply to our message or show up where we were to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted or needed. The kids were so happy with him as well, he would ask them if they wanted anything and make sure they also had everything they needed to enjoy the stay (it’s not common to see people keeping the kids in mind). I had real bad back pain one night and he took it upon himself to find us a local pharmacy, and got me pricing for a heating pad and checked to make sure I was ok. He got us reservations at all the restaurants, the night shows and any tours that we needed. He always took into consideration our activities throughout the day. He made sure we had a personal car take us back to the airport on the day of departure and was with us through the checkout process making sure everything was as needed.
