Very good hotel in a lovely location. Very easy to access tube. We have just returned from a 2 night stay & we were made feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. In particular, Mohammad, went above and beyond for us and is a huge asset to the hotel. Thank you Mohammad. We’ll definitely be back.

Madrid in London
A very modern and comfortable hotel with a magnificent roof terrace. The area is not the prettiest of London but this H10 is worth discovering. I didn't know it belonged to a Spanish chain and was delighted to feel 'abroad'. Superb buffet breakfast and great staff.

H10 : H for Hospitality and a 10 for the quality
Stayed for one night in a room on the sixth floor looking out onto the street. Standard room with a great view, compact but not a problem for a short stay. Waterloo station/tube close by. Bed very comfortable, minibar and complimentary water, teas etc, two safe boxes. Shower (in bathtub) with good water pressure. Check in very welcoming and a drink is offered whilst being checked in. Friendly staff! Tip : become member of the loyalty programme and you are offered a cocktail of choice at the hotel bar. Breakfast was of very high standard : fresh, lots of items to choose from and two performant Jura coffee machines handle a busy breakfast. Recommendable hotel !

H10, 10 out of 10!
Really impressive throughout, and one of the best breakfast offerings I've had - variety, quality and presentation all top notch. Room was well appointed, bright and even smelt wonderful! Everything you could need, plus a few little extras. Location great too, just far enough out to offer good value compared to being the other side of the river, and less than ten minute walk to Waterloo for transport in all directions. Will now be my preferred hotel when in London!

amazing hotel
we had the most amazing stay in the hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast offers so many choices and everything fresh. Location also excellent. 5 min walk to underground. Walking distance big ben
