    Grand Velas

    Amazing experience! Ana worked with us from before we got on the plane until we landed back at home. It was truly a luxurious experience and definitely worth it. Our baby sitters were amazing and my son loved them. We had 4 Lesley, Celeste, Yaneli & Yuri they were all amazing. I was nervous to leave him with different women but he loved it and they all took him to play with kids.

    The best hotel in Los Cabos

    It's the best travel experience we've ever had. People take care of every detail at this hotel. We had the honor of having Ana de Concierge and she organized us amazing dinners as it was in the author kitchen. The food of the whole hotel is spectacular, so we were very happy to have chosen Grand Velas for our celebration. Thank you Ana, Florian, Aline and all the people who helped us.

    5 star for sure!

    Everything was amazing! 5 starts for sure! Ana our Concierge was wonderful! The couples experience massage and water treatment was the best massage we have had. Pools were very clean. Room service was delicious and promptly delivered. Gym was immaculate and well appointed. Don’t forget your sunscreen.

    Great and grand hotel

    A wonderful hotel. The facilities are spotless and beautiful, the restaurants are a unique experience and the food is top notch, the service is great. The quality of all the people who work there is wonderful. I would like to highlight the level of professionalism of the Concierge especially Astrid Cota, who made our stay. Something wonderful. They do magic with everything you want to do inside the hotel, thank you all for your cute, smiles and for being from our Stay, something wonderful

    The best staff

    Elena and Paul attended us excellent, the best! Astride our amazing follow-up concierge! Itzel and Alexandra the best of the Kids club for 3 consecutive years. We go every year and it is always an excellent experience in care and hospitality
