    Amazing stay

    The stay overall was above our expectations. All the restaurants were very tasty but my favourite was the buffet. Ramon was a great server at Verbena. We got treated like royalty and spent the week in paradise. There are so many things to do, with activities running throughout the day. Will be back soon!

    Dinner and show experience

    Dinner at Carnal was fantastic, every course was excellent with the creme brulee the shining star. Our server Alfredo took great care of us, thank you Alfredo. Great entertainment with music, singers and dancers…..would recommend when visiting Grand Sirenis

    Nice relaxing stay!

    Amazing stay at Grand Sirenis. We stayed at the Mayan Beach area and enjoyed every moment of our 7 nights stay. BIG SHOUT OUT to our two wonderful concierge ladies Ice & Adriana from building 23/24. They were both very attentive and quick in tending our needs. We were here celebrating my dad's 80th bday and also Mother's Day. My parents had a great time and loved all the greenery and flowers. Rooms are spacious and clean. Resort is huge and we did a lot of walking every day but we enjoyed our walks as they helped with all the extra consumption of food/drinks that we had. Pools are huge, so they never felt crowded at any given time. Lazy rivers were fun. Beach was not too big, and there were quite a lot of seaweeds, but they were constantly cleaning them and trying their best to keep it clean. Excellent spot for snorkeling.

    Amazing Experience

    Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya. Travelling to this area for approximately 30 years now and this is the best resort we’ve ever been to in the Mayan Riviera. Wish we would have discovered Grand Sirenis sooner. Very clean & beautiful resort. Amazing selection of food, from the buffet, to the Al a Cart Restaurants. Very friendly staff. Marlen (Guest Services) shown in photo was absolutely amazing, treating us like family, she was very friendly and always there to assist us if needed. She has truly made this a very memorable experience that we will not soon forget. Guadalupe, (Beach Bar Waitress) Also very friendly and always asking if we needed anything while on the beach. Working very hard to please everyone she served. Can’t wait to return to this resort in the not to distant future. Joe & Tina

    The BEST bar staff

    The best pool bar I have ever been too! Amilcar and Ronaldo at the Aura pool bar looked after us so well! Drinks were always full and made some amazing cocktails! They remembered I can’t have tequila so made me plenty of rum based cocktails as well as some tasty shots! 10/10 for both atmosphere and personalities!
