Juan and Idaly in building 18 bar

Juan and Idaly do a great job in the building 18 bar. Both of them are very professional and make great drinks. The conversations are fun and it is always a great time. They made me an array of drinks during my visit and they were not only delicious, but also very visually appealing. I definitely recommend giving them a visit.

    Hotel bicycle tour

Cecilio hernandez the guide for the tour was the best so far, really friendly, knowledgeable, informative, we saw cenotes, lots of local wildlife, the botanical gardens, I don't know how we fitted everything in, it was so much more than we ever suspected,

    Great ride

Great tour with unexpected experiences and trails that you typically ally cannot access. Saw cenotes, botanical gardens, trails that needed to be unlocked to be able to access. Learned a bunch and our tour guide Cicilio was hysterical and informative. Would fully recommend!

Don't go we are here now

Review Pros: Staff: The staff is polite, hard-working, and tries to make guests happy despite being limited by the rules and policies of the resort. Food: Breakfast: Excellent variety, including gluten-free options for my wife. Fresh fruits, eggs, yogurt, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, waffles, pancakes, crepes, and bacon. Lunch: International cuisine with a wide selection of fresh fish, chicken, beef, made-to-order pasta, pizza, fries, burgers, hot dogs, and a good variety of desserts The coconut ice cream is a standout. Dinner: Similar to lunch, with some variety. There are plenty of options for different tastes. Room: Air conditioning works well, and water temperature is consistent. The room is clean, and the staff is friendly. Renovations: The resort is under renovation, and areas that have been completed are starting to look very nice. Kid’s Club and Entertainment: The kids' show starts at 8:30 PM, followed by the main show at 9:00 PM. A nice range of entertainment options. Cons: VIP Exclusivity: While the chocolate tasting event was advertised as being open to everyone, upon arrival, you were told it was for Club members only. This was not clarified in the itinerary, leading to confusion and disappointment. A la Carte Reservations: All early seating slots were reserved for VIPs, despite trying to book a long time in advance. This was a major issue, especially since your wife suffers from low iron and blood pressure and needed earlier dinner times. It felt unfair that only Club members had access to desirable dinner times. Room Maintenance: Multiple issues with the rooms: non-functioning shower heads, soap dispensers not working, slow drainage in the shower, and a sliding glass door that didn’t lock. You requested repairs, but they were never addressed, which is concerning for safety and comfort. Facilities and Renovations: While renovations are ongoing and some areas look good, the parts of the resort that are not yet updated feel dated, and the maintenance issues in your room detracted from the overall experience. Clum members Restrictions: The VIP policies (e.g., early reservations, restricted access to certain activities) were frustrating, especially when they were not made clear in advance. It felt like the resort catered more to VIP guests, which created an exclusive and sometimes unwelcoming atmosphere for regular guests. Summary: The resort has some good qualities, particularly the staff and food offerings, the club members' treatment issues, and lack of attention to maintenance made for a disappointing stay. The fact that the resort didn’t clearly communicate the club members' restrictions beforehand added to the frustration. Hopefully, with ongoing renovations, the experience will improve for future guests, but for now, there are some significant issues that need to be addressed.

    Excellent Steakhouse Inclusive Dinner

Service was excellent, very accommodating, chorizo, chicken, burger and fajitas were very good. Wine was nice, appetizers were small so you could try a few different things. Highly recommend if you’re at this resort, got a reservation night of!
