I am here with a family I am a nanny for. It is a business trip for the mom of the children. They wanted to go to kids club but could not go unless mom came to sign them in and out. She had to come out of her business meeting to sign them in and it ran late so they had to stay longer in children's club because I wasn’t supposed to pick them up. I have travel documents that the TSA recognizes me as a guardian of the children and allows me to travel and make decisions for them. Why can’t that work here or, have the parent approve someone for pick up? Also, some of the servers in the buffet are not very attentive. We have had to get our own drinks and stack our own dishes. I know that seems trivial but with 3 kids to take care of it is nice to have those things taken care of at a meal.

Angel was the best server ever! He was very friendly and very attentive. He made the experience much better. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits the resort. Hopefully you are lucky enough to have angel as your server! Great experience.

Entertaining and delicious
Mario and the show was amazing at Carnal. Highly recommend for a fun night with adults. 6 couples had a wonderful time. Food was delicious. Entertainment and singers were beyond expectations. Be sure to book early for a fun night of entertainment. Lamb and beef were great.

Sirenis is a must visit
This resort is absolutely amazing and as well as all staff we never had any issues! We will definitely return and I cannot to see my favorite bar tender MARTIN at the mixology bar as he's makes the best drinks and is so friendly 👌 there is no lack of entertainment, drinks or food and the beach is amazing 😀 ypu have to try the beach BBQ steak the best I've ever had 🇲🇽❤️

Best Resort I Ever went too!!!
I don’t typically write reviews, however I was so impressed with this resorts service, food and cleanliness, that I feel compelled to let everyone know(it’s so hard to find a good resort). We were there on a family vacation last week and the experience was wonderful. Food: spot on and delicious, highly recommend the Japanese restaurant and the buffet is fantastic with great selection and most of all food was seasoned and savoury. My wife had a seafood allergy(matradee asked about allergies at every breakfast and supper, we ate lunch on the beach- BBQ/Tacos/Paella) . The chef at the Buffet would bring out her pasta dish himself to ensure there was no cross contamination. We ate T-Bone steaks daily at lunch time on the beach(I couldn’t believe it!) apart from when they made paella. The chef’s BBQ skills were on point and the steaks had to be aged because you didn’t even need a knife to cut them. I been to other resorts when snacks become scarce at night or during the day around the 3-5pm period, this is not the case, you always have nachos, hotdogs, tacos, burgers, sandwiches, fries readily available, ready to go(not in a fridge where u then need to use a microwave to heat it up). The establishment itself, rooms, washrooms, restaurants, lobbies, etc were super clean and modern, beautiful resort. Just to give u an idea of how clean it was, they had a lady at the beach washrooms continuously cleaning them throughout the day, they were impeccably clean and with the foot traffic, Clients being wet from the beach or pool and sand everywhere, that is not an easy task. They also have staff that come and perform cleanliness evaluations(with swabs and everything) to make sure any beverage or food area is maintaining a high level of clean. Louis was our Bartender on the beach, what a great guy, made the trip extra special and every drink he made was on point! Always had my drink and tequila shot ready(recommend you ask him for the special of the day, had no idea what was in it but it was fantastic!). We had no issues finding chairs with an umbrella, plenty of chairs to go around. Because the resorts beach is made up as 2 coves, you’re protected by the open ocean, water is calm and you can see to the bottom and it’s great for those that like to snorkel. Confirming, no one on the beach hassles you or tries to sell you things, you don’t need to worry about being bothered. For those that have kids, you can get soft serve ice cream by the pool daily, big hit on those hot days! Overall we had a great time and will definitely be coming back to this resort!
