The hotel is very slow, the activities are more dynamic and fun, the entertainers are very attentive and friendly, and the food is also very good and varied. A cozy place for family vacations we will be back soon i love this place .. 🤍🤍 you can watch whales from your own lounger

The beach area at this hotel is gorgeous. The rooftop pool is a good option if you want some quiet time.

Decent place, decent food
Everything was ok, not great, just OK. No hot water for 2 days really sucked. View out the balcony was nice.

Not coming back here.
No sun in winter and the pool is cold. I do mean NO SUN. The service and food is great. But, the beach is small and you have to get up by 8 am to snag a chair at the pool. It is difficult to get into Puerto Vallarta, or I should say expensive. So, if you want to do anything in town or out of the Marina be prepared to spend $25 each way.

Dec 01, 2024Stay Away from Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta – Terrible Experience
Do not waste your time or money on Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta. The resort is a health hazard, and the staff doesn’t seem to care about guest satisfaction or safety. There are plenty of other resorts in PV that offer better experiences—this one is not worth the risk. Avoid it at all costs.
