I did not like the food at all, after a week I got sick of ratio g the same things at the buffet and the restaurants took forever (like over 2 hours) and food was mediocre at best- I am not a picky eater, but it was cold and unappetizing - I was even turned away from earring at one restaurant 1 1/2 hours before the website said they were closing For an all inclusive, I was very disappointed and despite excellent service, I would not stay here again

The only downside is food quality and consistency. The amenities at the resort are awesome.You have an adult's only area.You have an area for children.

The resort was beautiful. The staff was amazing really enjoyed ourselves. The meals were great the bartenders at the beach bars and all the bars in the resort were amazing. The rooms were kept clean. Room service was great.

Feb 2025 holiday
Second time at Park Royal Cozumel. Resort was very good, being maintained, clean, food was great at the specialty restaurants (go for 6pm before lines start), pools were clean, drinks good. Keep in mind that the ground at the resort is coral/cobbleston and uneven which can be difficult for some to navigate. I have put in a suggestion for additional lighing on the little bridge over the pool since it is very dark and dangerous. The adult pool is great. One bar open late (up stairs) right now because the main level one is under construction. The amount of fish/creatures at the onsite reef are amazing, snorkelling. Would recommend this resort.

Great time at the Park Royal Grand
The entire staff made our trip to and stay at the Park Royal Grand an excellent experience. We will return again in the future. Thanks to everyone.
