    An Oasis in Cozumel

    As a first time out of the country vacationer, Grand Park Royal Cozumel far exceeded my expectations!!!!

    Lots of new upgrades great place to stay!

    The check-in staff made sure that I had a room that would accommodate my allergies. The food staff always made sure that the servers were aware of my food allergies the place has a lot of new upgrades and there’s not one person on site that did not try to help me when I needed it very friendly. Great place to stay. I will be back in September.

    Best Hotel Staff in Cozumel. 💯

    All about the hotel was great. From arriving to leaving all went well. Very clean rooms, beautiful views , great food, nice pools, ocean location, bartenders, entertainers, and entertainment. God must of touched this location because this is one of the best vacations we had.

    Lovely place with some niggles

    I had a generally good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. However, it was a bit noisy at night, which made it hard to sleep at times. Also, the lunch and dinner options could be improved, as they were a bit limited. Lastly, the beach area felt small for the number of guests. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.

    Love Grand Park Royal

    We weren’t expecting the vacation package talk, which we were told would take 90 minutes and it took over 3 hours and they just kept pushing it. But other than that…. The Grand Park Royal was an Absolutely Wonderful place to stay. And I Loved how they focused on families and so many different activities and entertainment. I so much want to go back and take my family with us. The staff was ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS.
