The Laguna Conference Center offers 2 areas for registration and different assemblies; for expo, banquets, theater type and school. Really good hotel with excellent restaurants, in my opinion best is Koi oriental with great service from German, Isis, Josmar, and the others. Definitely we will be back. Food portions are very good and the kids enjoyed the desserts very much.

This resort is truly beautiful, and our stay in The Royal Tower was incredible! We stayed in a newly renovated room, and both the view and room service were excellent. Our butler, Yajahira, was absolutely amazing and made our trip extra special. She went above and beyond, and it’s clear she provides the same exceptional care to all her guests. Attentive, warm, and detail-oriented, she ensured everything was perfect. The beach and sand were well-maintained, as was the pool areas, which added to the overall experience. The only downside to this resort was the food which was disappointing. The quality just wasn’t there. At best, I found a few things to eat, but nothing stood out. Food options and quality need serious improvement because they play a huge role in the overall experience. We actually had to leave the resort to find good food, which was frustrating after already investing a significant amount in our stay. Overall, while the resort itself, our accommodations and the staff were fantastic, the food quality took away from what could have been a perfect trip.

Very comfortable resort
This resort is perfectly located on a beautiful beach in Cancun with smooth sand and waves. It’s walkable and easy to explore the water under the watchful eyes of the lifeguards. We appreciate the hospitality of the staff who really go out of their way to help without being fake nice for tips. In particular we want to mention the following people: Karina who worked very hard serving drinks in the pool area; Miguel who served us in the buffet restaurant; Lupita who greeted us twice in two different restaurants and introduced us to the chef, Victoria; and Carlos, who expertly served us in the Italian restaurant. This resort was very comfortable for us boomers, yet has a great vibe for young families, teens, couples, and seems like a party scene in the adults only pool area. In short, something for everyone! Also loved the fact that the guests were from Mexico, South America, Canada and the U.K.
