    Great Staff, beautiful stay, food mediocre

    If the food was better, this would have been a 10/10 no doubt. We are big food people but it was problems that are fixable. The buffet was the best option we thought. And the food from certain restaurants were the same at the buffet which was interesting.

    Beautiful Resort, rooms are Amazing. Warning, Adult pool very frat like.

    Adult pool wasn't what we expected, especially on a Friday or Saturday, very Frat like!!!! Stayed in the royal master suite, amazing views, pricey.

    Great experience

    This was our first visit to Mexico and it lived up to our expectations. From start to finish, the whole holiday was amazing. The beach along with the hotel grounds are outstanding. Comfortable and spacious rooms with a great sea view. A la carte restaurants are outstanding with plenty of food choices and even the main buffet had a sufficient variety of food and plenty of it. If you are looking for home cooking, don't waste your money and leave a bad review as the hotel has to cater for everyone. Please remember you will be tasting Mexican authentic food. Staff that stood out to us were Claudia on reception, Edgar in the Mexican restaurant, Damien at the pool bar and Fellipe in the Italian restaurant although all staff were brilliant. The entertainment team were friendly and very good. They tried their best to engage people in the activities. Evening entertainment was fairly low key but was ample for us.

    Excellent Property and Location!

    I have stayed at this property 4 times and it just gets better each visit. They have done some great upgrades to the pools and the swim up bars. We upgraded to the Tower Suites and it was well worth it! Our butler, Miguel, was so helpful and friendly. He was always very responsive and made our trip much more relaxing.
