    Good but not "Luxury"

    Nice hotel on great stretch of beach. Nice pools and activities. Amazing, helpful, courteous staff everywhere. Room was disappointing - very musty and smelly, gap in door kept a loud howling wind coming in ever night, AC didn't work well. Specialty restaurants were great. Main buffet disappointing and not accommodating for a vegetarian - bring your own protein!

    Unforgettable Vacation!

    We had the most incredible time. We were first timers, when we arrived we decided to upgrade our room to the Royal suite and WOW, what an amazing room with so many amenities that made our trip worry free, especially thanks to our butler, Yajahira who was very kind and very helpful. The food was great! With lots of options. We ate at every place and always impressed, hotel and staff were fantastic! Clean, fun, kind and felt safe and well cared for the whole trip. I didn’t know what a real vacation was until this trip. We will be coming back soon!

    Fantastic family vacation

    Fantastic family vacation for 15,19,53,56,74,75 year olds. Tried Pools, bars, restaurants, beach shade palapas. All great. Very friendly staff and fellow guests. Fun but low key nightly entertainment. Perfect location for beach and close to everything if you leave property. Room 1603. Premier ocean front king. Perfect beds and modern decor. Beautiful room! Incredible view of ocean. Italian restaurant was our favorite.

    Wonderful Stay!

    Our swim up room was everything and more! The staff were all great! Service with a smile to the max and everyone busts their butts. Gabino makes great cocktails at the indoor bar. Damian at the ‘family pool’ always served us with a smile. Treat yourself to an 80 minute poolside massage - you won’t regret it. The food was good, not great. Loved that the resort is on the smaller side. Could use some more nightlife/entertainment, but would definitely recommend, especially if your top priority is sun and relaxation.

    Spring break 2025

    Our two week stay over spring break was great from start to finish . Our check in and check out were very fast and accommodating . Part of the family arrived by 8:30 AM and were able to get into their room right away , which was not expected but amazing . All the staff throughout our stay were very friendly and attentive , Hector , Erica , Verulo , Carlos , Ruperto , Jose , Nigel , Gregorio are some staff that made our stay memorable .Alejandro was our butler and really took care of us , without him I'm pretty sure our experience would have been different . There are too many to mention all of them . The renovations that have been done are some huge improvements , the new main pool and bar area are amazing , can't wait to be back and enjoy the new taco grill - snack area . As for the food , It must have been good as we both grew 10lbs . We were always able to find something when at the buffet , but the specialty resteraunts were always amazing . We all did the Hibachi one night which was the most entertaining and fun dinner of the trip . The entertainment was pretty good but could have been better if they had a better area .
