My husband and I came here to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and so helpful. The food was incredible and the activities in the evening were so much fun. Such a great time and incredible resort to stay at.

Ignacio is the best bartender here!!! He makes the best drinks and he is super cool. Ask for him if you’re staying here. I wasn’t going to try anymore drinks while on vacation until I heard he made them so delicious, and it’s no lie. Make sure to tip him. It’s definitely worth it

IGNACIO IGNACIO BEST BARTENDER
Ignacio was hands down the best bartender we encountered during our stay. After three days at the resort and trying drinks from several bars, his were the only ones that tasted like what we’re used to back home in the U.S.—well-balanced, flavorful, and made with care. Beyond his bartending skills, Ignacio was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our drinks. He asked questions, made great suggestions, and brought amazing energy to the bar. He made us feel welcome and valued, which made our experience even better. If you’re at the resort, definitely seek him out—Ignacio is the bartender you’ll want to return to again and again!

TSR Grand Palladium Riviera Maya Members Beach
Excellent!!!!! The crew at the Members Beach bar which includes Ernesto (ask him his last name….The Besto), Angle, Hermelindo and Adela are amazingly fun and friendly. Anything you ask for they go out of their way to make it happen so just ask and enjoy that special drink or meal.
