Feb 02, 2025No waves but another good trip.
We love the Nayarit resort and have come every year since 2018. Things are changing and I hope they take a moment to recognize the loyal customers. But, we’re here to enjoy the sun, surf, and be around some of the amazing staff. Holidays are not cheap anymore. Honor the loyal and strategize the future with that in mind. Alex the bartender at the travel club was great and made some stellar drinks.

An amazing stay
The staff at Grand Palladium was amazing! Very helpful with all of our needs. Jorge and Ana helped us with our arrival process, transportation, excursions, etc. Alex, Diego, and Jacquline were excellent bartenders. Thank you so much all!

JANUARY holiday- Grand Palladium
Isain ,our bell boy was amazing. Recommend asking for him when you arrive at this wonderful resort. Food was good at all the a la carte 's Highly recommend this resort. It was a nice setting with lots of trees and botanical gardens. Lots of different levels so if have mobility issues it may be complicated getting around. No elevators. My favorite restaurant was the Las Terras ( International). Buffet was always different kinds of food, so if you are a picky eater , lots of variety and choice. Quiet pool was real warm, the other pools were not heated. Entertainment was good, lots of dancing , bingo and other things. Found it cool at nights, so bring some warmer clothes.

Great experience. Would come again.
The food was amazing! Grounds are beautiful. Beach area was really great. Entertainment was as super fun. Only complaint was some of the music by the pools sounded like we were riding an elevator all day!! Many great service people. Isain was just outstanding and very helpful!!

Nice place to stay.
This is a beautiful place to stay. The buffet food was excellent along with the speciality restaurants. The adult infinity pool is so nice and warm and the whale watching was incredible with sighting whales all day long. The guest to beach and pool seating ratio is inadequate. Getting a seat in the morning early hours is ridiculous. People are looking for seats all day. Prepare to walk. The resort is spread out with lots and lots of stairs. Rooms are clean and modern but beds are hard. Okay if you like that. Overall, a very high class nice place to stay.
