Alejandro in the Sports Bar is amazing. So personable and friendly. He is always happy to see us and takes care of us. He keeps our drinks flowing and is always attentive. He is an asset to this resort. He does an incredible job! Our visit to this resort was extra special because of him.

It took a little longer to get here but only bc our transfer was a milk run on the way there. The way back was much quicker! The location is very good bc the beach is pretty much a private beach with no hawkers bugging you every 30 seconds. Plus the option to boogie board and surf are right off the private beach!! The food is good and there are options for all family members. The kids club and kids pool/water slides are a huge plus if traveling with kids. The option of an adult pool is great when you drop the kids off for an hour or so. The bars are plentiful and premium liquor is included. Tipping servers/bartenders helps get double and triple drinks but not needed if you’re not trying to get wasted every day. Wine could be better but is drinkable for sure. It is definitely demanding if you’re not able to walk easily. The botanical garden and hammock swings are a great way to spend some time out of the sun when needed!! Highly recommend!!

Go see Luis & Bernardo at the Secret Bar for a Bernardo Spécial! By the adult pool under a really great Mexican restaurant (you should go there too!). You won’t regret it, tasty, fruity and refreshing you really won’t regret it! Thank you Luis & Bernardo!

I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium, and while the overall experience was decent, there were a few issues. The building felt quite old, and my initial room had problems with both the air conditioning and the fridge, which was disappointing. However, the staff was accommodating and offered me an upgrade to another room. Unfortunately, in the new room, the safe didn’t work and the fan in the bathroom, which was another inconvenience. Despite these issues, the resort itself is beautiful, and the staff was friendly and tried to resolve the problems. It was a solid stay, but a bit more attention to maintenance and updating the facilities would make it much better.
