Wouldn't go back in a hurry. One family member had severe food poisining here and one had a big allergic reaction to something - staff couldn't tell you ingredients and were clearly covering their own backs. Didn't even try and help or make sure those affected were ok

Grand Palladium PC
For the price paid, overall it wasn’t that great. The food was below average and was the same at lunch and dinner. Air conditioner issues throughout as well as mold issues. The staff were kind and helpful, but there’s only so much they can do. When the quality of everything else is poor, that’s on the company itself. It felt like they are just there to make money and don’t really care about the guests.

Bretany and Edwin were amazing at guest services! They were very accommodating and when we have and issue, they fixed it immediately! We had such a great time at the resort that we are already planning our resort to come back in May! Would recommend to everyone to stay here! They treated us like family!

Best decision ever
For my first time ever traveling abroad this is an easy decision because the pictures don’t lie. This is a beautiful resort and country. Everyone was so happy and cheerful all the time and they really know how to chill.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially cause I don’t speak Spanish.Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives
