Love Love Love the Grans Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino
The People of Palladium are amazing, fun, friendly and very generous! The rooms, restaurants, pools and activities as well as entertainment are fantastic!! The adult Secret pool with swimup bar open to midnight is the only one we have ever found in all the resorts in Punta Cana, Jamaica, Mexico and Cuba. This is our favourite destination and our favourite resort. This was our second time at Palladium and is hands down our favourite resort. We recommend it to all our family and friends. We will definitely be back next year!!!!!

Safe and beautiful location
Best parts were excellent choice of food, many pools, beach, and activities. Bad parts were low end alcohol brands in the mandatory all inclusive fee around $150 pp per day. Staff were friendly helpful and fun. Chic night show was not included and would cost $100 pp. Other nightly entertainment was very nice, but all similar. Variety could have been better. In our unit, we could not hear our neighbors at all. Very comfortable and clean room. Electric wiring was not right, but they fixed the problem within an hour.

Fantastic Stay at Grand Palladium Palace Resort – We’ll Be Back!
Fantastic Stay at Grand Palladium Palace Resort – We’ll Be Back! We recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Palace Resort in Punta Cana and had a truly enjoyable vacation. The weather in late April was perfect—warm, breezy, and sunny with only a brief afternoon shower during our stay. Beach & Pools: The beach was beautiful with soft sand and turquoise water. The only downside was the constant stream of vendors due to the public nature of the beach, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. The resort’s pools were fantastic, especially the semi-private swim-up pool outside our room, which also featured relaxing water jets in each alcove. Room: Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. We especially enjoyed the large soaking tub. The A/C never quite hit the icy-cool level we prefer, and the room stayed humid despite fan use—possibly due to preset energy-saving settings. Still, it was comfortable. The frosted glass bathroom divider added a romantic touch, but might be awkward for families sharing the room. Food & Drink: The buffets were solid in both variety and quality. As a foodie, I enjoyed exploring Dominican cuisine. Among the à la carte options: Indian restaurant: Just okay. Japanese hibachi: Fun and tasty. Italian: Beautiful setting, especially the oceanfront patio, though the food was average. Steakhouse: Good food, especially the Mahi Mahi, though the dining area was a bit warm without A/C. Drinks were well-made, and service was consistently excellent (tipping likely helped). Spa & Amenities: The Zentropia Spa was a highlight—great massages and hydrotherapy. Not included in the all-inclusive, but well worth it. The resort also features a casino, plenty of bars, and pools, so it’s easy to find both quiet spots and livelier scenes. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While fewer spoke English than at sister resorts, communication was never an issue. The property is well maintained, walkable, and offers shuttles for those who need them. Transportation & Airport: Transportation through Amstar was great—on time and professional. The resort is just 25 minutes from the airport, which is a major plus if you dislike long car rides. Punta Cana airport itself was clean and modern with smooth immigration processes. Downsides: The only major negative was the persistent push to attend a travel club sales pitch. We eventually had to be firm to end the pressure. Also, room service has an $18 charge per order, so we didn’t use it. Bottom Line: Despite a few small annoyances, we had a fantastic time. The property is beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and the experience was relaxing. We’re already planning our next trip.
