    Kids club staff are amazing

    Shantay, Kencia, Tashae,Krysan and Shaquana took amazing care of my two girls (5yrs and 7yrs). They had a lot of fun doing the activities and participating in the mini kids shows which they preformed on the big stage. Thank you girls for an amazing and entertaining week!

    Danial and Sonic made the entire vacation 10x better

    Danial and Sonic with entertainment were excellent! Outstanding hospitality and took the time to know us and help us plan out our days with their recommendations! From drinks, food, and the events that we can’t miss they assisted with all! These gentlemen know how to have a good time and made the entire stay 10x better. Danial and Sonic helped us find the best seats and get new chairs after the rain. When staying, I highly recommend finding Danial and Sonic to ensure your stay is top notch!     The entertainment at the Palladium in Jamaica is top-notch, and Sonic is absolutely amazing! His friendly, engaging personality and contagious energy made every activity so much fun. He goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great time. Sonic truly made our trip unforgettable—don’t miss the chance to join in when he’s leading the fun!

    Everything You Need in One Place

    The Grand Palladium was the perfect resort for my first trip to Jamaica. The rooms were more than comfortable, and the food and activities covered everything we wanted to do. From diving at Captain WaterSports to a moonlight private dinner on the beach, this resort has everything. The resort is massive, providing many locations to hang out with family or friends during the stay. Lots of walking paths and shady spots, tables and chairs for playing games. I felt like we saw a new piece of the property everyday. The room was well above our expectation, with a jacuzzi tub and a huge balcony (Junior Garden View). In addition to the great amenities, the staff were phenomenal through every interaction of the trip. Even the gardener near Villa 12 made our trip sweet by giving us a bouquet of flowers on day 1 and pictures by the ocean on our last day. The pool staff, the bartenders and servers, the entertainment coordinators, and the chefs (shoutout Kemar and Shavaniece) were all so friendly and provided excellent customer service and hospitality. Although pool chairs do fill up during the day, we were able to snag amazing seats as late as 10am at the pool due to the sheer volume of space available. In the pool, it's easy to find your own spot without being disturbed by others enjoying the space. The pool bar is lit every day, with charismatic bartenders and various DJs. Even if you can't get a chair at the pool, there are always chairs available on the beach! As a bird watcher and nature lover, I enjoyed the scenic views around the resort. We saw all kinds of herons and hummingbirds, as well as crabs and some cool fish while scuba diving off the coast. Every plant seemed to bloom at some point during the stay. Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful time and will likely return to check out more of the amenities and the country of Jamaica! We did not experience any issues throughout our trip, but I have no doubt our concierge team could handle anything. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

    Entertainment

    One of our favourite resorts to be at in Jamaica my parents have been for 11 times and also me love it so much entertainment staff so great very friendly especially sonic!!! Dermonique and teneike very interactive play a few uno games with us and dance with us every night amazing time
