    Great service from Jesus and Joan

    Great service from Jesus, and tasty food cooked in an entertaining show from Joan. Drinks were plentiful from Jesus which was excellent. Thankyou for the great evening, would not hesitate to reccomend. Really really good thankyou again to Jesus and Joan

    Jesus is a living legend

    Reviewing our meal at sumptuori. Jesus is a living legend. Great food and service, thank you. We stayed at TRS which is the adults only hotel but had access to this restaurant plus others, and it was great! The only criticism from an English palate is that the food was too sweet, not ‘Japanese’ at all really. American with a Japanese theme, I guess. But we knew that would be what it was so all good!

    Great stay at the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya

    We had an extra excellent stay at the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya resort. Everyone one was so friendly and the resort was great. The entertainment was extremely enjoyable and we enjoyed seeing and talking with Carlos. He is truly passionate about his job. It's also great for kids. They throw in a lot of nice touches. Would definitely return.

    5 star must be on a different scale

    I'm not sure why the quality is always so poor at these types of all inculsive resorts. The food is really sub-par anything on the 'luxury' scale. The resort was clean, and there were wild animals that kept to themselves, but I'm always 'wowed' by the lack of attention to detail at places like this. The staff is nice and friendly, but they can't change the actual quality of the way the resort is laid out, or the quality of the food offered. It's just a generic resort on a very seaweedy beach. The picture must be over a decade old when there was more of a beach and less of a seaweed problem.

    always great

    this is our 6th time here, we always have a great visit, great food and the staff is always friendly, this is the only place we stay at when we come to Mexico.
