Sumptouri Recommended
We went to Sumptouri and had a wonderful time having tepanyakki! Our server was Jesus, and he was wonderfully attentive. Our Chef Ebrahim put on an excellent display, food was delicious! This was our second visit to the Japanese restaurant, with the first time being A La Carte! Would recommend both to anyone staying at the Grand Palladium!

10/10
This restaurant is a must when staying at the Grand Palladium! Diner was amazing and the show was so much fun! We did the Teppanyaki option and will be doing it again on our next stay, i wish we had tried it sooner so we could have came back and had it again this trip

Great service nice resort.
The positives out way the negatives and some of the negatives are on me. I booked late to go all inclusive on a resort but did not realise there was all inclusive options. After being spoilt at the King Jason Paphos I did not manage my expectations. On our second day we looked for somewhere quieter on the enclosed resort and found the ‘Secret bar and pool’, adults only and the service was excellent. The bar opens from 10 and Marcelino was there with a smile and a cocktail. If it was quiet Marcelino also did a check around the pool. Probably the reason we camped out there for a week. Top rated service! Paulo at the Argentinian restaurant could not help enough and the steak was gorgeous. Also top rated service! We splashed out on a day at Zentropia that was excellent. And very chilled to relax after a massage. You may be locked in but the dining options are very good. We had breakfast every day at the Hacienda with great omelets cooked to your liking. Crepes, smoothies and Buck’s Fizz. Some dishes could have been hotter but good service and good options. Catch a sunrise, it’s worth it.

Senior trip
We took a group of high school senior along with some parents and siblings. The resort was large with a lot going on, but the restaurant reservation policy is poor. They don’t allow you to make dinner reservations until you get there and then they tell you there’s no availability in the restaurants. Meanwhile there are open tables everywhere.
