Christian at the Japanese restaurant
I went to eat with my partner at the Japanese restaurant, Christian was our server and he was amazing !! He made us laugh , taught us some history facts and just super attentive to our needs, fast and kind !! highly recommend him as a server here !

All courses were fantastic!
Food was amazing at Sumptuory! Loved the main Salmon dish and the edamame appetizer. Our waiter Osiris was incredible and recommended appetizers for our table that were all amazing. Would definitely make another reservation at this restaurant!

Great service at Japanese restaurant.
We had a wonderful experience at the Japanese restaurant Sumptuory. Our server Osiris was the best!! He made the experience fun and memorable!! We got almost everything on the menu and not of it disappointed. I definitely would return soon.

Let me begin by saying the resort was beautiful, and the staff in general was very kind. With that being said, I would also advise anyone visiting this location to lower their expectations for service. By far, this was hands-down the worst hotel service I’ve ever had and my wife feels the same. We did a membership upgrade for roughly $10,000 and it seemed that we were treated even worse after doing so, the middle management and upper management don’t seem to be held accountable for how they treat guest. I sent a formal email, but I don’t feel that it went anywhere and I promised myself that I would at least write this review, so here it is. We spoke to a few guest who felt the same. The misinformation and arrogance by the general manager was shameful. Our family can communicate fluently in Spanish, so there want a language barrier. If you don’t care about service, the location is beautiful and the lower level staff is very accomodating.
