Relaxing beach retreat
We booked a short beach retreat at the Sens. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience! Upon check-in we were upgraded to a balcony room, which had a bottle of wine waiting for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Particularly Omar in concierge, Alejandro the bellhop, Martin, and the young lady at the Sensoria and Sens beach club. We were able to have all our meals at the a la carte restaurants thanks to the easy reservation system. Careyes was a treat, and Miramar has the best view and great service! Our favorite area was the Sensoria Pool Lounge, we really enjoyed the Bianca Party! We found the property to be clean and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!

BEST TRIP EVER
Javier is a must try. Best bartenders in all of Cancun. If you're debating staying anywhere else, STAY HERE! Awesome, fun, and endless enjoyment. We saw him everyday and his passion made our stay A+! There is no better value or entertainment in the area, and we were here for 6 days!!

Great Vacation
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was great. The facility and the pools were impeccable. The beach area was amazing and the shows (entertainment) was great! The bartenders were accommodating and even had a menu of frozen drink specialties. The coffee spot was just like Starbucks!

Las Palmas Buffet
Las Palmas Buffet. My fist day at The Sense Cancun was a pleasant. Hotel and staff was nice and very friendly. I also visited the local Las Palmas Buffet and enjoyed very much their delicious food and friendly staff. On my next day I decided to have my dinner at the same restaurant again. The dinner time just started and restaurant was empty. There were lots of good food to choose from and finally I had my 2 full plates with delicious food and deserts and I was trying to find a table. Unfortunately I was not able to - the server named Miguel (I believe) quickly come to me and very angry stated that I cannot take any table I want and to eat anywhere I want, I only need to go to the front door and to request to be sited, and with my 2 full plates, I was escorted by Miguel to the exit. I quickly lost my appetite and was ready to leave this restaurant and never back. The server-men was unprofessionally rude. It was very unpleasant experience during the vacation time and it is totally not acceptable. Ironically I was sited on his area and he just ignored to come to my table. I saw that he served ones the next to me table but quickly passed mine. He was always near the front door talking with his co-workers and never asked if anyone on his tables need anything. I strongly believe that employees like Miguel, without any customer service skills and without any friendly manners cannot work with people who come from all parts of the world to this resort, after their hard-working year. This service is not acceptable and people like Miguel make visitors upset and it's reduce the hotels' popularity.

Worst resort I have ever been to by far.
What a complete let down this resort was. I don’t have the energy to explain but I would rate this resort 1/10 Rooms are terrible the beds are rock hard and everything is falling apart, no shower no room service no comforters no hot water. The food! I have never had worse food on a resort it wasn’t even edible we had to leave the resort to eat because everyone was getting sick…the restaurants were a complete let down the portions were small and the food was even worse. The drinks were disappointing and the cups are not even rinsed out cheap alcohol. The line ups for the “buffet” and the coffee shop and everything for that matter expect to wait at least 30-60min for anything you want. We had 13 people with us and 6 people got sick but people were sick everywhere…the pool was shut down the last 2 days because someone puked into it. The main lobby has no seating they have wooden boxes to sit on. What a waist of money and time I have never wanted to leave a resort and go home but this one I did. I just can’t understand how they could call this a luxury resort …what a complete dump.
