Our stay was excellent, we have been in the highest range of hotels and we were afraid for the opinions, on Easter but we got a pleasant surprise, delicious à la carte restaurants, very good service, complimentary drinks, excellent beach, comfortable pools for family, I recommend.. if you go do the following. 1) From the app at the time of check in book theme restaurants, 2) Get up at 6 AM to put towels to separate beds in shadow of silver, 3) Enjoy and tip whoever deserves it and where you want good attention, sometimes for 50 pesos, they serve you drinks hours in a row willingly, the truth is, as there is much exaggeration that wants for the price of this hotel, bring you Whiskey Blue label and Lobster since they arrive, obviously does not happen, but if you get your Pulpit, your salmon, Rhine eye, and red label, but well served .. give it without thinking and do not be disturbed by the comments of boot hater, give it without fear, they will do well.

Le petit chef! Wow
Super rich food, very good service and was great fun and funny. 100% recommended and super nice 😁🙂, the videos very entertaining. Very personalized and friendly service. We enjoyed it a lot, and laughed a lot in the 2 hours of the experience.

Sun love
I really enjoyed my stay, it is a beautiful place where we were very well received. The food was delicious, except at Tacos Maki restaurant, which I recommend you avoid — go to another of the available restaurants instead. We received excellent service throughout the week, especially from Gorge, at the bar between the two hotels. It’s true that some days, the children around us were a little agitated, but you have to learn to live and let live... After all, we were also children! The beach was very beautiful, but I must admit that the frequent passage of boats was a little disturbing. Did it ruin my vacation? No, it just made the water a little more agitated. Really, I recommend this hotel. It was a great stay, especially for families. The place is well maintained and pleasant.

Excellent experience
Excellent service, very attentive staff, good quality food and very complete rooms. Pool and beach areas very clean and well maintained, the kids club is a very good alternative for children. As points of improvement, some furniture in the rooms should be renovated, nothing careful or that affects comfort.

Supper relaxing, with friendly staff.
Couldn't ask for a better and more relaxing vacation. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and I was surprised to had a balcony room with a beautiful ocean view. Food was excellent. The entertainment that was offered was exceptional. The entertainers truly loved what they do a it showed. All around a truly enjoyable trip.
