Las habitaciones con vista al mar son una buena opción, el servicio en general es bueno, lamentablemente hay prestadores de servicio que no cumplen con el objetivo. Gracias a Antonio (mesero del restaurante Arrecife) por sus atenciones y el chef del mismo, que elabora exquisitos y variados menús.

La habitación fue perfecta, las piscinas y las instalaciones en general muy limpias El trato de los empleados fue realmente bueno, los restaurantes estuvieron muy bien Solo me gustaría que contaran con servicio a la habitación (alimentos)

Relaxing beach retreat
We booked a short beach retreat at the Sens. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience! Upon check-in we were upgraded to a balcony room, which had a bottle of wine waiting for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Particularly Omar in concierge, Alejandro the bellhop, Martin, and the young lady at the Sensoria and Sens beach club. We were able to have all our meals at the a la carte restaurants thanks to the easy reservation system. Careyes was a treat, and Miramar has the best view and great service! Our favorite area was the Sensoria Pool Lounge, we really enjoyed the Bianca Party! We found the property to be clean and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Un hotel increible
Un hotel acogedor, siempre preocupado por dar el mejor servicio, todo limpio y en orden. El servicio de restaurante y bares excelentes, siempre dándote la mejor atención. En recepción y conserjería siempre brindándote ayuda si lo necesitas para resolver cualquier inquietud. Recomendable

Viaje con amigos, disfrute y relax al máximo los 6 días de estadía en el hotel
Excelente la atención del personal en todo momento, en especial el sr Jorge bartender del beach club y la srta Nelly del restaurante Miramar, los restaurantes del hotel espectaculares todos, vuelvo al hotel a disfrutar unos dias el año que viene sin dudas
