    Amazing stay in Vail

    Amazing service and the room was perfect. Restaurants are top notch as well. November was a great time to visit as there weren't as many people. The room was very clean and the view of the mountains were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

    Fabulous time in Vail at the Grand Hyatt

    The room was clean and ready on-time! Bathroom was huge, bed comfortable and view was amazing. The check-in staff was wam and friendly, anticipating my arrival. Restaurant and bar was hopping! Staff was readily available for our drink and dining orders.

    Some good. A lot of bad

    WiFi was in and out all weekend. Kitchen staff was making really loud noise outside our room the last night until almost 1am. Staff didn’t seem very helpful. Food on the property was god awful. Maybe the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. While I wasn’t expecting anything special. I also didn’t expect the worst I’ve had in quite some time. Property is pretty and the shuttle is nice though.

    Our Go-To Retreat: Grand Hyatt Vail Never Disappoints!

    We absolutely love our stays at Grand Hyatt Vail! The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home every time. The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled in the stunning Colorado mountains with easy access to outdoor activities. The accommodations are comfortable, and the amenities are great. It’s become a cherished tradition for our family, and we can’t wait for our next visit! Highly recommend!

    Would stay here again!

    This is a lovely property and you can walk to Vail Village if you want to or the hotel provides a shuttle. It was lovely to have a balcony, even in November. Nespresso in my room was a sweet surprise! The gym had just enough equipment. Staff were helpful and kind. Would stay here again!
