This is my 2nd time visiting the Grand Hyatt . I had a wonderful stay, beautiful hotel, with 2 great restaurants, 2 pools, and conveniently located, staff is very helpful & friendly! The only thing I missed was my morning boardwalk stroll; the boardwalk is still out of order due to damage from the hurricane last year.

Beautiful views and really tasty food!
Everything from the rooms, to the food, to the pools was awesome! I would recommend anyone stay here for any reason! We will definitely be back in the future! I'm excited to have breakfast there again, the avocado toast and freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious!

Honeslty don’t go here if you like high end resorts or assume the Hyatt would be same. Check in process was awful, not organized and the nice “suites” are so far away from everything and were under construction and a mess. Pool was small, pool bar closed, not impressed at all. Will not be back.

Beautiful Property
Wonderful property in a great location! The rooms are clean and spacious and the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job keeping the aesthetics up to par. Sherrill was a delight upon check-in and Sam kept us entertained and comfy at the pool/pool bar. You won’t be disappointed!

Top notch as usual
The hotel is always extremely clean and staff is very helpful. I’ve stayed here twice a year for the last 7 years. The staff always welcomes me back and the bartenders remember my order. The beds are nice and comfortable, and it seems like they provide 5 different thicknesses and softnesses of pillows so you can always find one that works for you.
