Hector Garcia y Zayra del restaurante la Cocina fueron muy amables, el trato fue maravilloso, fueron muy atentos durante toda la cena. Celebré mi cumpleaños con una cena deliciosa y superaron mis espectativas, gracias por tan excelente servicio.

La Cocina restaurant is amazing!
La Cocina restaurant is delicious. Hector Garcia was our wonderful server. The view and atmosphere cannot be beat. Perfect lunch and dinner spot!! Be sure to get the tres leches for dessert. Thank you hector, team, and the Grand Hyatt for an unforgettable lunch!

Amazing
They are so nice and I would definitely recommend for u to come to this amazing resort the people are so nice over here and even gave us on our last day free drinks, they are so friendly and make u feel at home. Everything is great here and especially the employees! If u come to Mexico this is the perfect resort to come to. Thanks a lot to Mary and Jaidy💕

Amazing!!
The service here was amazing , Mary and Jaidy were so nice and friendly, i couldnt ask for any better they truly made my experience here better💕 The view here to the ocean is so breathtaking and the many restaurants that the hotel has to offer is a great benefit to whoever stays here!!

The best hotel in playa del Carmen!
We’ve traveled all over the world and stayed in so many places, but we keep coming back to the Hyatt Playa del Carmen—because of the hotel itself and, more importantly, the incredible service. A huge thank you to Humberto, who welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness. Every single person here, from the poolside servers to the entire hotel staff, makes this place special. The food is amazing, the drinks are always cold, and the views? The kind that make you stop, take a deep breath, and feel truly grateful to be alive. And to Humberto thank you again for making my pineapple birthday the best one yet!
