Great services, great experience. Highly recommend. The service in the restaurant mirrors the excellence of the hotel—attentive without being intrusive. Augusto and the whole team at the Grill were very attentive and helpful The combination of world-class accommodations, top-tier dining, and unbeatable beachfront location makes it one of the best places to stay and dine in Playa del Carmen.

Magnifique expérience !
Luis Miguel was incredible, extraordinary, perfect—unmatched in kindness, naturally warm, genuinely caring, and helpful. It was a true blessing to have met him. From the starter to the dessert, including the main course, he was friendly, attentive, and truly listened to us. He even offered to take our pictures. With a genuine desire to please, he kindly suggested several times to take photos of us—an experience we’d gladly repeat a thousand times over.

Dinner at Mi Cocina
Daniel is an amazing server over at Mi Cocina, dinner is fabulous and highly recommended. I would encourage anyone who visits or stays to enjoy a meal here. There’s a beautiful beach front view where the sunset is breathtaking. You will not be disappointed.

The Grill 10/10 Must Try!!!
The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable it’s gorgeous but the place that blew our mind was “The Grill” wow 10/10!!! Fantastic!!! Coming from NY where there is so many phenomenal Kosher restaurants, this absolutely makes the list on my top favorite restaurants I’ve been to. From the food to the service we where completely amazed. The food was amazing, highly impressed, the cesar salad and sushi rolls where so fresh, while the beef ribs where perfectly tender. The service We where blessed to have Jaun Manuel as our server, he was incredible, and perfectly interactive with us and our baby. He came at the perfect times, never needed to ask for assistance, but at the same time gave us our space and never felt uncomfortable. He is super accommodating and absolutely amazing of a guy. I can’t thank him enough for his service.

Beautiful hotel Great experience Shoutout to the best waiter ever Santos Jimēnez, worked quickly, tirelessly and most efficiently, We appreciated everything he did to make this the best vacation! Everyone should learn from him how to be!
