    Beautiful hotel Great experience Shoutout to the best waiter ever Santos Jimēnez, worked quickly, tirelessly and most efficiently, We appreciated everything he did to make this the best vacation! Everyone should learn from him how to be!

    Combined Vacation & Conference

    Room was very spacious and clean, and beds were firm and comfortable. Housekeeping was exceptional. We spent a few days relaxing before our 3 day conference and quite enjoyed the resort. We had stayed at a Sandals a month before so the bar was set pretty high.

    best vibes

    Perfect trip. We'd never been somewhere so nice. The pools and beach access were unmatched. Even the Mexican restaurant on the premises (for which we'd had low expectations, tbh), was great. Santos Jimenez and Daniel Bermudez and all the staff at La Cocina were excellent and the food and view were amazing. (Expect inflated tourist prices in beachside Playa, or trek a bit for cheaper food.)

    Hyatt quality is unbeaten

    The hotel facilities were amazing. Rooms, business facilities, F&B (fresh tacos for breakfast, what? 🤩) were all top notch but what makes this place unique and unforgettable is the sunrise you can enjoy from the pool and outdoor breakfast area. Pool gets a bit too crowded in the afternoon and overall did not impress me along with the qualitynof the cocktails…especially the margaritas that were quite mediocre. However overall a solid solid 5 star and one of my top 10 favorite hotels ever.

    Great food, great ambiance!

    Daniel & the team took great care of us during our dinner. I asked for a mocktail that wasn’t very sweet and Daniel went above and beyond to make me something that satisfied my craving. The gorditas de chicharrón were the star of the show. So good!
