We arrival and the valet was on top of it and amazing. They load our things to the bell hop. The check in person was not very friendly and didn’t say anything about the hotel but the bell hop came with us up to tye room and told us all about the hotels. We went and had a snack on the roof top bar. The food and drink was unique. Definitely enjoyed my drinks. The pool had amazing view and lots of space to lounge. It was an easy walk to broadway and walk back. Overall will stay there again

Luxurious experience with staff going above and beyond
The experience was wonderful, right when you walk through the doors. It felt luxurious, smelled great and was clean. There was a tornado watch while we stayed and we felt well taken care of and cared for, informed and safe. The staff who delivered room service to us showed up later to deliver toys for our kids who were scared during the tornado event. Remarkable experience.

Wonderful hotel minutes away from the party!
Beautiful hotel in a great part of town. A short walk down Broadway and you’re in the middle of the party! Our suite on floor 20 had wonderful views, tons of space and was perfectly clean and well maintained. The grand lobby upon entry was the first clue that this was a great hotel and it didn’t disappoint!

A GRAND Hotel
This is certainly a "GRAND" hotel in a great location. It is not boutique at all. It is busy. But everything was very tasteful, and our room was squeaky clean. We were able to walk to our dinner and breakfast locations. It is a great Hyatt hotel for Nashville.

Great Stay
We had a beautiful room overlooking the city. Accommodations were great. Lobby was beautiful and downtown was a short walk away. Checking was easy and the staff was eager to help. Parking charge was nuts but it is the same in all of downtown. It was a nice stay.
