Excellent stay!
My first trip to Nashville was for a conference at the Grand Hyatt. Lucky me - I loved my stay at the hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel with an expansive lobby that has what I will call a “living room” with a huge fireplace. It also has a big, spacious bar and more seating to hang out and have a few drinks. There is also a café in the lobby to get your cup of joe to start your morning. The hotel is located across the street from the Frist Art Museum and within walking distance to the sights and sounds of “Nashvegas” and the Bridgestone Arena. At check-in, I was upgraded to a king corner suite that overlooked Broadway. The suite has a sitting room with a sofa and big flat screen tv. The floor to ceiling window looks out on Broadway. There is also a fridge and in-room safe. All things that I want in a hotel room. The bedroom is spacious with a desk and another sofa and a corner view through floor to ceiling windows of Broadway and also looking out towards the Gulch. It’s a great view a night. My bed and pillows were super comfy. I happened to stay in October and the weather was a balmy 75-80F the two days before my conference started. Of course, I headed to the rooftop pool to soak up some sun. Next to the pool is a restaurant which features a long bar to watch your favorite sporting event. Since it was technically, after “pool season” they only served sandwiches from the café downstairs but the drinks were flowing. There is also a rooftop bar which has a great view of the city at night. I will definitely stay here if I return to Nashville.

Birthday Celebration
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel while celebrating my wife's birthday. From our arrival to our departure, Kai Nguyen and the manager, Caleb Reynolds, were instrumental in making our celebration special with their exceptional customer service. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, modern, and offered a stunning view. The staff members were quiet, attentive, incredibly friendly, and accommodating. This hotel has been my top choice for over five years. The Hyatt Club Lounge is one of the best. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. The Grand Hyatt in Nashville is remarkable and truly stands out from the rest of the hotels in the area. Thanks Donald H.

Great Downtown Nashville Hotel
The Grand Hyatt Nashville is one of the nicest hotels in downtown Nashville. It has a perfect location right in downtown, but a few blocks away from the loud night life which makes the hotel quite but very easy access to downtown activities. The lounge is one of the nicest Hyatt lounges I've ever seen and the service was great throughout the hotel. The room was clean and spacious and we were granted a much appreciated upgrade to a suite as a Globalists.

I chose Hyatt on this trip instead of Hilton/Marriitt. I do not regret it.
Best guest room housekeeping I can ever remember receiving. Among the best bar staff I have ever received. Most attentive front desk team I can ever remember. Valet team was second to none. Never really chose Hyatt in the past, but I definitely will in the future!

Consistently a great stay!
I am a regular business traveler to Nashville, and I love staying at this hotel. There are several hotel “misses” in Nashville as a whole, but this hotel always feels five star. The staff is helpful, the rooms feel brand new and very clean, the staff is very professional, and restaurant food quality is great. The lobby smells amazing ;) It is one block away from my office, but if I book early it is comparable to other hotel prices in the area. Seriously, a great hotel that is well maintained,
