    De los mejores hoteles a los que he ido

    La atención excelente, la comida deliciosa, la ubicación muy buena, tiene vistas bonitas, pudimos ver a una ballena; el servicio excelente, todos los colaboradores muy amables y atentos, los restaurantes muy variados, comida muy rica y hay muchas opciones de entretenimiento para todo tipo de gustos, en general una estancia muy amena.

    Great food, nice pools, kind staff

    My first time at an all-inclusive resort, and I loved it! I was worried I might feel trapped on the grounds, with no swimmable-beach access, however I found that I never even wanted to leave! The entertainment staff, in particular Armando, Yair, Lorena and Jassiel, put on many programs for all-ages near the pool each day that were fun, energizing and helped us meet other guests. The food was superb and well-priced for US resort standards, minus one very bland dinner at Peninsula's Asian Fusion in the evening. Drinks were tasty, fast and easy. Tipping goes a long way here! We did not bring enough cash for tips; I'd recommend saving up small bills before your trip, or making change with the taxi drivers. It looks like we came during a brief off-season, there was plenty of space at the pool and beach, and minimal, if any waits at the restaurants and bars. Rooms were expansive and clean, staff were kind and professional. They do have a vacation club office on the grounds, watch out for their promotion of the "presentation," or "breakfast," where their salesmen try to recruit you to put money down. My family did a photo-shoot with their on-site photographer and it was wonderful! Very professional photographer, quick turnaround on editing and very affordable. We also saw a ton of breaching whales! Overall, it was a great vacation! My extended family of all-ages had a great time!

    Canopy us great - Fiesta Americana is the best!

    This was our third time at the Fiesta Americana in Cabo and we just love it. It is such a pretty location with an awesome staff. If you want a peaceful restful vacation then this place is definitely for you. We can't wait to return sometime soon.

    I definitely would not return

    I’m surprised at how disappointed I was. The weight staff was extremely unfriendly until you tip them and then they were there for whatever you needed, the tub in the bathroom would not drain so when you showered, you were standing in a bathtub full of water, the villas were far from the pools/beach so it wasn’t easy access, for the six nights that I was there I had one good meal, not including the breakfast buffet. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for consecutive days in a row, the beach/ocean was not a swimmable ocean as there were lots of rocks. Don’t get me wrong, it was beautiful, but too many negatives. I would never return.

    Wedding Menu Tasting 3/27/25

    I’m having my wedding at Gran Fiesta in November, so I went for the menu tasting a few days ago and met with my wedding planner Nelsy, the bar manager Zabdiel and the sou chefs. I highly recommend this hotel’s team for weddings. Zabdiel knows his spirits and drinks like a true expert. His passion for handcrafting wedding drinks is so evident. His cheery and friendly demeanor set the tone for the menu tasting. The chef’s preparation and presentation of the dishes I chose were a true work of art and soooo delicious!!! We are so excited and looking forward to our wedding ceremony and reception!!
