    super dining experience

    Our hostess, Estafani, our waitress Isela, and Martin Leyva, our waiter at the Peninsula at Grand Fiesta Americana is very friendly and provided great service. our breakfast was delicious. it's a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday:)

    First class Service

    I’ve been here once before and staff is amazing! They are always going above and beyond making sure you have what you asked for and more. Here’s a perfect example, we went to “La Bodega” to eat some steak. We were helped by Dani Hara and Antonio Lopez. Both have superb customer service skills. While we were asking questions about the steaks, Dani brought out each cut of meat and explained what was what on the menu, making everyone comfortable with their choices. Antonio constantly was coming to our table and topping off our wine and making sure to ask if there was any other drinks that we wanted. If you go to eat at “La Bodega”, make sure you make a reservation and ask to have Dani and Antonio be your hosts. - Antonio Castellanos

    Good food

    Alex Santos was amazing. What a great service and customer look after. Everything was great - the food, the arrangement and of course the service. Alex received us every day with a big bright smile. There can be a bit of more vege/vegan options, but overall spread was decent.

    My Fiesta Americana Cabo Family!!

    The best part of the stay was the amazing service provided by Alex Santos every morning at breakfast. Alex always greets you with a smile and outstanding service!!! Antonio Quiñonez is the best Consierge ever- everyone here treats you like family!!

    Friendly staff at Breakfast

    Breakfast every morning at the vina del mar buffet. We were well taken care of by Roberto, Jose, Carlos, Magali, and Cruz. They made sure we had coffee and Mimosas. There was never a dirty plate sitting on the table. They were friendly every morning when we arrived and remembered where we liked to be seated.
