Amazing experience!! Food was decent and I’m a picky eater but always found something to eat . Room was cleaned daily and loved the atmosphere!!! Check in was kinda slow but decent . Would for sure stay here again !!! I loved how you could go to the Cornwall side as well !!!

This was my worst hotel experience ever. Balcony rails pins broken not safe for kids, beds too high for infants room floor and bathroom tiles appears permanently dirty. No water , kettle or and other facilities in an all inclusive hotel. No one to answer any queries or deal with any concerns. Room was stripped and left for over three hours leaving us sleeping on a very uncomfortable balcony chair. You will not get what you pay for. The food gets progressively worst. By far my worst hotel experience. I would never recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. However the hospitality was horrible! For example - I’m reading on the beach in a chair under an umbrella. A man started to rake the sand he asked me to get up so he could move my chair a rake. Ummmm huh??? Beach and water beautiful but the idea that we paid to relax and have an all inclusive experience - this place misses the mark. Also - room not cleaned well - took towels but didn’t replace them. AC was working but so loud. Full inclusive is a joke - mini fridge in room is empty. The leave one bottle of water on the table (warm). So tough to even one drink. The cups are so small - if you don’t bring your own cup / you’ll need to go back numerous times. If you went more than one to save going back - they give you a hard time and ask you bring your cups back to the bar. Dining - bacon is kept under lock and key - you have to ask the omelet guy for bacon - and he will only give 1 piece making it awkward asking for more. Also the dining staff asked my bf and I not to sit at a 4 person table (which we wanted as it was near the water) the dining room was empty and all the 2 person tables were not cleaned ….. we didn’t move but the idea that they asked makes it very uncomfortable. Also cannot order mimosas for breakfast / no idea why - they just said ‘no’. I would not recommend this resort. And wouldn’t go back.

I had a wonderful birthday. Was treated great and even got treats. Would recommend for anyone to go. I enjoyed the live shows, games (as i won a lot) and the pools and beaches🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🙁🎊🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

The staff were very friendly. The beach was clean. The bed was super comfy. The food was always tasty!
The bed and pillows were perfect!!!! We had a great experience and would definitely return. Only issue was that the mini fridge did not have any beer/pop or water. The servers were very kind and smiled all the time. I have already recommended the Grand Decameron to other friends.
